Terrible experience here with Nai. This enterprise rented us a car which we later learned had been recalled for a known engine fault. We broke down in a remote area of the Lake District and were unable to reach anyone in this enterprise for over 40 hours. Once Nai answered the phone, he provided great customer service by recommending that we not use the car to go to remote areas in the first place. What help! Nai doesn’t know that people sometimes rent cars to drive them places. We, of course, were refunded for the faulty car rental, but ended up having to take a seven hour taxi back to London (Nai gave us another alternative rental car we would’ve had to taxi two hours to, which was useless to us because it was a manual and we only drive automatic, so, not actually a solution at all) and Enterprise should refund the taxi we had to take. Such a dangerous and disgusting situation to put our family in.
Really can't rate this Enterprise team at Palmers Green highly enough. They provided an entirely positive experience in what was otherwise a stressful time dealing with insurers and my car being written off by a third party. Team are very friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help. Really recommend if anyone needs a hire car in north London.
The difference in smooth customer service and just a good attitude! Met with Derek who was prompt, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
Absolutely unacceptable service. I called the Enterprise booking line to rent a van from the Palmers Green branch and spent around 30 minutes on the phone while they took all my details. During the call, I repeatedly asked if they were certain a van was available because I didn’t want to waste my time. I was assured multiple times that a van was “100% available.”
Just five minutes after the call ended, I received a call from the Palmers Green branch telling me they had no vans available after all. To make matters worse, the woman who called from the branch was rude, dismissive, and showed no concern for the inconvenience caused.
It’s astonishing that a company can confirm availability multiple times, take up half an hour of a customer’s time, and then immediately admit they can’t provide the vehicle. The lack of communication between the booking team and the branch is unacceptable, and the customer service I received was extremely poor.

I just wanted to take a moment to leave a well-deserved review for the fantastic team at this Enterprise branch. Every single time I visit England to see my family, this is the only office I trust with my car rental needs and they never, ever let me down.
The guys here are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are incredibly knowledgeable, answering every question I had with confidence and making sure I had exactly the right vehicle for my trip. But what really sets them apart is their attitude. Friendly, warm, and genuinely fun to be around. Picking up a rental car can sometimes feel like a chore, but these guys make it a highlight of the journey!
On top of that, everything runs like clockwork. The whole process is smooth, efficient, and perfectly organised from start to finish. No stress, no waiting around. Just great service delivered with a smile.
