Terrible company/branch. Website showed they had an available van so we booked promptly. Then on call he says ‘no available vans anywhere, even at other branches’ and when asked for a refund we get ‘not for at least 5 days’ but it took 5 seconds to take the money out when you didn’t have any vans to begin with. Joke of a branch, atrocious customer service (rude and unsympathetic) with a scam business model (offering a service you don’t have and refusing to return the money you’ve effectively stolen as quick as possible). Avoid at all costs, they don’t deserve your money or your time.

I wouldn't choose Enterprise again because the service was far from satisfactory; there was a disconnect between what was agreed upon and what actually happened, and when it came time to return the car, they spoke to me as if I were under an obligation, without any proper communication

I had a hire car from Enterprise which was arranged by my insurer. The car was great and the Enterprise administration was very smooth.
