  What a shower of...... Having booked via Audi for a car whilst mine was in for servicing, I did the right thing and called directly to ensure a car of sufficient size would be available. No problem I was told. I arrive to be offered a small Vauxhall Mokka at 9am, I said immediately, thats not big enough......nothing else available right now is what I was told.......with all of these locations, with all of their fleet of cars, with me offering to drop this one off at another site and exchange it for a larger vehicle, me offering to go out of my own way to ensure I receive the vehicle.....we'll call you and let you know, I was told. Hours passed, I called the office at 5pm knowing it closed at 6pm, to be greeted with 'oh yeah, you, we've got a 1 series you can collect....' thats a smaller car than the one i'm currently cramped into, also, I wont make it to Marylebone for 6pm when you close......'oh yeah, oh well, thats all we can do' is what i'm left with. There is no effort here at all!! This is clearly a bunch of people collecting a living and not expecting to work for it, I hate to inform Enterprise, but the service you're so proud of is not alive here. Helping isn't in the remit of the people working here. I offer to help to be confronted with blockades on why it isn't possible. I offer to go out of my way to be told initially that it's an Audi booking, so thats it......i'm paying, it's on my insurance, not yours, it's my booking, not Audi's. I sincerely apologise that I had a certain level of expectation when asking to pay for services. My most recent call was left with, get a manager to call me or suggest a site that I can drive to.....I'll call you back was what I was told, so I sit and wait until 6pm whilst typing this, hoping for a resolution and the a cane in rating, but if you see the review as a 1*, I didn't get a call back.

  Deion (sp?) at Enterprise Heathrow airport was fast and efficient with our drop off and made the experience that much better. Good job Deion!
