It was really busy with heaps of people being annoying, Ollie and his colleague did so well to keep calm and help everyone to find cars. We are stoked with our car (BMW wooh!) and appreciate the taxi reimbursement from Marylebone to Boston Park Rd who stayed open an hour past closing time for us. 👍🏽👍🏽

Complained but no one listened. Over £600 taken from my account without explanation. Would never recommend. Won’t be using again. Terrible company
