This caused my kids to sit with bags on their laps for four hours on our way to Manchester. They did charge me for an SUV and still 10 days later no refund on my deposit.

They allege there's communication telling you to go to another location, but we received no prior communication. There are only signs on the door once you arrive to pick up a car to go to another location. Not sure why Enterprise is still allowing bookings here!

This is an honest review and I gave them a 2 star rating because of the ease of being able to book a reservation online. I even attempted to rent at their Heathrow location. I am disturbed but I had to refuse to move forward with my reservation and have cancelled it because of what occurred with the potential fees. Yes, I needed a rental, but I don’t want to take the risk, be taken advantage of and be charged unnecessary fees for items outside of normal wear and tear on a rental car. Its the last thing I would want for myself while on holiday. I will sort it out. Response TO Owner: Thank you for your response. I will follow up with your team. Have a wonderful day.
