- CSCharlie Spencer2 days ago5.0Thanu and all the staff at enterprise Waterloo made hiring a van for the day extremely straight forward and pain free. Great customer service, will definitely be renting here regularly.
- JHJeune HK6 days ago1.0Terrible rental experience. The car was very dirty, there was a system error and no paper in their office printer, causing a significant 1.5 hour delay for my collection. The branch is in the congestion charging zone but the staff didn’t explain clearly what I needed to do and it ended up causing a violation and penalty charged to me at £125!
- SWSimon WatsonSep 18, 20261.0Absolutely the worst experience in over decades of renting. No car on site no help. Wanted to send us to LHR to pick up but would not cover cost. No coordination or service or even a sense they knew where they had a vehicle. Avoid at all cost. When we arrived others were waiting for vehicles from other locations to be delivered. Easily the most incompetent group and location.
- AAAlson AleyasSep 7, 20261.0⚠️ Avoid booking through Enterprise Rental Cars and Wise Cars. I am still waiting for the return of my deposit. A representative named Rifat contacted me and stated that the issue would be resolved within seven days, but that period has long since passed, and I have yet to receive my deposit or a satisfactory explanation for the delay. Despite making repeated attempts to obtain an update, I have not received a clear response or meaningful resolution. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, especially as I feel I have had to repeatedly pursue the return of my own money. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid booking through Enterprise Rental Cars or Wise Cars until this matter is properly addressed and their refund and customer-service processes are improved.
