- TSTang Yuin Shum1 day ago3.0Booked a Skoda Octavia equivalent for travelling to Cotswold but they upgraded us to a SUV and charged additional amount for the built-in navigation system without informing us at the counter or seek an agreement on that charge. First, we didn’t ask for a SUV and they should have informed me if they are charging for the navigation but they didn’t. Since it is in-built GPS, we don’t agree that they should charge for it. When I wrote to the customer service, they did not have the courtesy to respond to my request or query. I’m disappointed with the poor service standard

- ZNZayd NavazAug 10, 20265.010/10 experience renting from these guys. Always felt daunting renting cars, these guys make it so flexible and hassle-free. Originally had the van booked for 24h, called in to see if I could book it an hour earlier, which they didn’t have a problem with. Went to collect the van, easy to find from Paddington station, was literally there for about 15 mins looking over the van and going through damage etc, took the van, returned it back at 6 the next day with no nasty surprises, everything easy and quickly done. Great value. Special shout out goes to Ish and his colleague Gavin, who were super friendly, understanding, and professional, made the experience 10/10. Will always return back to enterprise, especially these guys for all of my rentals. They’ll take care of you

- UAUmar AhmadJul 22, 20261.0Turned up and was told there was no car available despite the fact that they had charged me. They claimed to have emailed me a hour before pickup time. Enterprise act essentially as a booking service for a franchise location so they have no idea if the car is present when they take your money for a booking. Staff at the branch act like it's not their problem, call centre complaints team aslo have no power other than send a message to the branch. Would avoid especially if your plans are important. Sixt is consistently better
