The only difficult part was refueling as I had to guess the amount but the team at the return location were very helpful with this. Both ends of this rental had team member's that made the experience easy and pleasant - will definitely rent again
- HNHewan NaserSep 24, 20261.0This place promised me to deliver my replacement car at 4 PM on 24/09/2026. I got off work early and got to my pickup home address at 3:45 pm. Tried to contact their land line from 2:34 pm just to confirm. No reply. Continued trying and someone picked up eventually at 3:41 pm and was promised that someone will be dropping the car between 4 and 6 pm. It now 6:20. No courtesy call to at least say they are running late or not dropping the car. The office is now closed. What a waste of my afternoon. Such a bad experience with this company! Avoid at all cost!!!!!

Not only was this unacceptable, they also contacted us so late in the day that we were unable to call them or even the UK enterprise customer service line because everything was closed for the day. Not reliable, don’t recommend. The Avis/Budget at Heathrow T5 was our lifesaver.

We hired a car which had pre-existing damage (noted and agreed on pick-up) but after returning the vehicle have now been charged 1750 pounds related to the pre-existing damage. Was verbally told they agreed I wasn’t at fault but there’s “nothing they can do” and I’ve been left to fight it out with their head office. Avoid at all costs. Truly terrible.
- BPBear PomSep 14, 20261.0Giving one star as staff nice. Car was dirty, had rubbish in and a quarter tank of petrol. At first was told to bring back same then told don't worry can being back empty. Online system wasn't really working so took ages. Drove away, couple of days warning lights and noises started going off. No abs or parking sensors etc. Took time out of schedule to go to nearest enterprise. Got no cars for you, sorry. Drive as is. Family of 4. So drove blaring warnings and all. Returned after hire to be told 95 pounds refill fee as returned quarter tank. Had to go through whole explanation nothing on system. They knocked off a bit for our crap car which included the refill fee we didn't owe and an extra day they'd added on! Overall terrible experience would've been way cheaper and safer to just get ubers.
