  Apparently no one works here!!! Two days waiting for them To call us regarding an insurance claim car- nothing. Get through to head office and even THEY can’t speak to Bow!! Totally useless.

  Absolute scam artists. Rented a car. Price went from £290 to £4800. For extra days rental. Burst a tire so got the car returned to london gatwick the same day I was supposed to return it here. They then charged me for 2 extra days when gatwick had officially accepted the car back in already. A new tyre is £300 at the maximum. £4800!! So £4500 for 2 days and a new tyre. I also left an iPad in their office and realised only once I returned home. No one called me about it and they no longer answer the phone from me. They stole minimum £4000 AND an iPad. I will be taking them to court. Avoid this place at all costs. Well cost for a 2 day rental is just shy of 5k and a ipad

  The best customer service was provided by Opu. He was incredibly kind and empathetic and helped us with every issue we encountered, even after his working hours. We are very grateful for all his help. The car was beautiful, and overall everything was great.

  Unfortunately, my experience with this branch was very disappointing. At pick-up, I spent around 30 minutes waiting in a queue, with no seating available. The staff member who assisted me was unfriendly and appeared irritated throughout the process. Although I had booked an automatic car, I was initially offered a manual. The car was not ready, and I was taken around the car park looking for a suitable vehicle. Eventually, I was asked to return to the branch and wait while another car was washed. It was handed over still wet on the outside and dirty inside. It was also a different type of car from the one I had booked. I then discovered that this branch does not allow out-of-hours returns. This was not made sufficiently clear when booking and forced us to change our travel plans and return the car one day earlier than intended. To make matters worse, I still have not received a final receipt following the return. Overall, the collection process was disorganised, the customer service was poor, and the vehicle did not meet reasonable cleanliness standards. I would not use this branch again.
