  Booked a van, failed whatever check that they ran on me because I didnt have a credit card but didnt tell me until i turned up on the day. Wasn't able to rent a van as a result and still waiting for a refund over a month later. Contacted them 3 times online. Each time promising a refund within 10 days.

  My husband is an Enterprise Plus customer and his most recent rental was nothing short of a customer service disaster. The van couldn’t lock so we tried calling the Bow office for over an hour (during office hours) & nobody answered. Finally got hold of general Customer Service who eventually sent a Ford technician but he was unable to fix the lock which meant that the van remained unlocked overnight. We had to find a secure lock up solution for a large van that was packed full of stock at 10pm!!!! Upon returning the van to Bow the following day, the Enterprise staff member promised he’d escalate the complaint to management which was not done. This complaint remains unsolved with zero response or interest from Customer Service & the Bow branch still do not answer their phone.

  Last week I booked a van through another branch of Enterprise and they completely dropped the ball and left me basically without the van I hired or with any help to resolve the situation. On calling this branch I spoke with Monty. He told me that he would Personally sort everything for me and within 10 minutes he had done just that. Amazing customer service and managed to turn around a bad situation into a positive one. Monty is the man

  I had to give one star on Google however this service is definitely no stars. Communication is absolutely terrible and I’ve been trying to contact these guys well over 48 hours. Avoid at all cost this is one example of bad customer service don’t get me wrong the guys in person are great and I can take him into consideration that it can be busy, however, someone should be on the phone or request a call back that’s something that they need to work on big time

  Be very careful hiring from here! Tried to scam £1750 out of me for a tiny scratch on the wheel but later said that the manager is busy when i showed picture of the tyre taken earlier. Very aggressive and rude staff. And don’t believe the bot that’s going to reply below me, they don’t even have an email address to contact!
