  I booked a van to move a family member back up north. It seems like a really busy location but they have plenty of staff to help. I was dealt with by a lovely lady called Marwa who was diligent, professional and incredibly helpful. The van I got was top class and I really can’t fault the whole process. When I returned the van to the Bury branch, Arif looked after me and did all the checks, again a hard working, helpful guy and everything went great. Well done Enterprise, I’ve been really impressed.

  Dishonest, rude and zero communication. My rental was overcharged without soliciting the customer on a car with 1/4 tank of fuel, losing over an hour having to refill this, Enterprise staff no help and nothing like past experiences with the company. Not only would I never recommend using this store, I won't be using Enterprise myself

  Went in to pick up my one day rental while concerned about all the negative comments that I saw on here. I arrived 30 min before my scheduled pick up just incase there is no staff to attend to me but was seen immediately and was on the road 10 minutes later. The car was a 10/10! Return was smooth too, waited 20min to be seen despite 5 other returns happening with no much staff around. I would definitely go back to the same branch if I needed a car again. Thank you so much for making my day easier.

  Exceptional service from Mr Kofi at Enterprise Bow Road. My booking was for 11:00am, but I didn’t receive the car until 12:48pm. I was understandably frustrated and was close to cancelling. However, Mr Kofi went above and beyond to turn the situation around. He arranged a free upgrade and even offered me an extra hour on the return. He was incredibly patient, professional, friendly and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy. Mr Kofi is a real credit to Enterprise. Excellent customer service and a genuinely wonderful person. Thank you, Mr Kofi! ⭐️

  BE VERY CAREFUL — DOCUMENT EVERYTHING BEFORE LEAVING THIS BRANCH. I rented a van from Enterprise London Bow on 14 September 2026. When I returned it, I was charged £250 for alleged damage that I dispute causing. My position is that the damage was already present when I collected the vehicle. I have formally challenged the charge and asked Enterprise to provide the pre-rental inspection records, photographs, post-rental evidence and damage assessment supporting their decision. I have also offered to have the damage independently examined by a qualified vehicle damage assessment expert. Unfortunately, the issue didn’t end with the disputed charge. During the discussion, after I started recording the interaction on my phone, an employee named Mo said: “You are lucky that I am working because that would be a different story on the road.” I have a recording of the interaction and have formally asked Enterprise to investigate the incident and preserve any relevant CCTV. I am currently waiting for Enterprise’s formal response. I hope they will properly review the evidence and resolve both the disputed charge and the conduct issue. My advice to anyone renting from this branch: photograph and video the entire vehicle before driving away — every dent, scratch and mark — and keep your evidence. I will update this review once Enterprise has completed its investigation.
