Had a great experience with the team there. I think it was Rockas helped me with the van hire and everything was very smooth. I have just hired a car from here this time for a beach trip so I look forward to seeing the team again.

Staff were lovely but no structure of who to serve next! Staff just shouts who's next! Basically first come first serve when it comes to vehicles! Make sure u check in Makes the process so much quicker The guy b4 me waited 1.5hours I checked in and was out within 20 mins but waited 30 mins to be seen Van was clean and great to drive Staff are great just waiting times
We have had a very disappointing experience.
When we hired a van for a house move, we advised by a staff member that toll charges were included in the price we had paid and we do not have to worry about that. We also paid all additional insurance charges requested without hesitation as they were seem trustworthy and genuine at the time. However, nearly a month later, we received a letter stating that a toll charge had not been paid and that we are liable for a penalty, an additional £125 (£90 penalty toll charge plus a £35 administration fee).When I called the Lewisham branch to discuss the matter, my call was answered by Cal. Unfortunately, I found his manner unprofessional and his attitude dismissive. Despite my explaining what we had been told when hiring the van, he repeatedly implied that the situation was entirely my fault. Rather than attempting to understand or resolve the issue, I felt that I was being told off. ( rude and disrespectful) We believe this staff member would benefit from further training in customer service and telephone communication. Regardless of the circumstances, customers should be treated respectfully and professionally. I hope this matter will be investigated and addressed by the management team. We intend to dispute these charges, as they appear unfair given the information that was provided to us at the time of hire.
Anyone can rent a car online, regardless of how many vehicles they have; they are a highly capable brand that can rent out continuously. Whether you buy a car or not isn't really that important.

Awful experience and very disappointing customer service.
I booked a petrol 7-seater months in advance and received confirmation for collection on Bank Holiday Monday. A week before pickup, I was told the branch would actually be closed and asked to collect the car on Sunday instead. This disrupted my plans and I was charged for an extra day that I never needed.
After waiting for more than 30 minutes at collection (the car I booked wasn't even ready), I then discovered they had given me an electric car instead of the petrol 7-seater I specifically booked. With a family holiday the next day, I had no choice but to accept it.
When I asked for a discount or adjustment due to the inconvenience and extra day charge, the manager refused. Very poor service from start to finish. I won’t definitely use this company again.
Update:
Since posting my original review, the Branch Manager Rokas Balcius, contacted me directly and offered compensation for the inconvenience caused. He was professional, proactive, and refunded the full cost of the extra day, which I greatly appreciated.
This response has definitely improved my opinion of the branch and shows that customer concerns are taken seriously. However, I still can't give a 5-star rating because of the unnecessary stress and frustration caused on the day of collection.
The Branch Manager handled the situation excellently, but the staff member I initially dealt with, along with another manager, were not particularly understanding and did not appear willing to offer practical solutions at the time. Better communication, empathy, and problem-solving at the first point of contact would have made a significant difference to the overall experience.
