  Not sure why this branch exists. They never answer their phone number. You have to call the headquarters to get a call back at a random time. When you speak with the manager she pretends she's never heard of you and brushes away any promises she made yesterday the day before or earlier.. And she seems to have become an expert at playing the game rather than doing the job. Avoid avoid Avoid. What a nightmare it has been dealing with this branch. I don't think I have ever had a worse customer experience. So much unnecessary stress. Use another enterprise branch if you can in the area, its like dealing with a different company.

  I had two very positive experiences at this enterprise branch. Staff is very kind and helpful. Both vehicles that I was given were fairly new. Will come back again, many thanks.

  The staff at the Kingsbury office are always on point giving a good level of service, even when they very busy. As a long time customer (20 years), I've seen some customers being unnecessarily difficult, however the Kingsbury staff professionalism shines through and focus on the task at hand to deliver a good service. Keep up the good work Kingsbury staff, your consistency of good work is noticed and appreciated!!!

  Very bad and extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise. This is the second time this has happened, and once again they completely wasted my time. Before making the booking, I called Enterprise three days in advance to confirm whether they accepted a Mastercard debit card. I was clearly told that they accepted debit and credit cards, so I made the booking based on that information. I arrived for my 11:00 AM booking, only to be kept waiting for around 45 minutes while the staff supposedly tried to find a solution. In the end, they simply refused to give me the car because I didn’t have a credit card. This is completely unacceptable. If debit cards are not accepted for the rental I booked, why was I told over the phone that they were? Why allow me to make the booking and then waste my time at the branch? The staff and the whole experience were extremely disappointing, frustrating, and unprofessional. I wasted my time, made arrangements based on the information Enterprise gave me, and was left with nothing after waiting 45 minutes. I will never rent from Enterprise again. I strongly recommend that Enterprise improve the communication between their customer service and branches so customers are not given incorrect information and then turned away. Very unhappy and extremely disappointed with this experience.

  Very disappointing experience with this Enterprise branch. I had booked a van and, when I arrived to collect it, there was a significant delay. The van was supposed to travel to Manchester, and the delay caused serious problems with a customer we had made a commitment to. The manager apologised and promised to refund half of my rental cost. However, for the past six months, every time I have passed by and followed up, I have been told that it would be done. Nothing has happened. At this point, I feel like I have simply been ignored and my situation has not been taken seriously. Making a promise to a customer and repeatedly failing to honour it is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this branch based on my experience.
