    Ridiculous customer service, awful people working here, no courtesy to call and let the customer know if the van ain’t available, paid taxis to get here for a van, and like always heard UNFORTUNATELY WE DON’T HAVE AVAILABLE like why don’t you guys sort your customer service on phone

    Hii I would recommend not to go this branch staff is not good,services are poor never solve customer problem I’m waiting for my refund money more than month still didn’t received and try to chase them every day but no progress.very bad experience this time.dont want to deal further.

    This office suffers from being understaffed and extremely busy, probably as its the only national hire company in the area. The Good... the hire care was a great drive and performed far better than I had imagined. They team were very polite, despite being overworked. Car was clean. The Bad - promised pick up from my home, I was told they were too busy, but they did take me home, although I had to wait 25 minutes. Checking in to get the car was a bit of a faff, that needs to speed up. Overall - served its purpose well - the office needs more staff. Would I return, absolutely yes - oh, the price, very fair..

    I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Car & Van Hire in Kingsbury. I made a van booking one day in advance and received both a booking confirmation email and a reminder email for collection. Before travelling to the branch, I called several times to confirm the booking, but nobody answered the phone. When I arrived, a staff member who identified himself as “Zaccha” (or a similar name look like ALIEN with short hair ) asked to see my driving licence and asked what I would be using the van for. I explained that I was moving house. After initially saying everything was fine, he then informed me that he would not rent the van to me because he was “suspicious” that I intended to use it for courier work. I was shocked by this accusation. I clearly explained that I am a working professional and that I needed the van solely for a house move. Despite this, the staff member refused to reconsider. I then asked to speak with the fatty manager Liam, and explained the situation again. Unfortunately, he supported his colleague’s decision without providing any evidence or reasonable explanation. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. There were several employees standing together, chatting and laughing while I was trying to resolve the issue. The whole situation felt unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking in basic customer service. I have rented vehicles from Enterprise before at other locations and have never experienced anything like this. This branch was unfriendly, unhelpful, and highly unprofessional. It left me feeling that they were simply looking for an excuse not to provide the vehicle, possibly because they did not have one available. I wasted my time travelling to the branch and was left without the van I had booked and received confirmation for. I will not be using this location again and would not recommend it based on my experience.

    I drive a BMW M3 car which has been involved in an accident, insurance company booked me a car with your company which was a nissan juke, I couldn't stand the car so I returned the car and did my own privete booking. I booked a passat car when I arrived they showed me an SUV fiat which was horrible i dont like SUV. Which i believe is misleading, it does say on the website if that car isn't available they would give me a similar car, SUV is not similar to a passat car. My experience at the other branch wasn't great either I took a taxi and they refused me a car saying I had no booking on their site as I booked another cab back home, they found my booking. As I told them my insurance company has sent me email, with a booking is confirmation They told me 'insurance companies are basically stupid, They don't know what they are talking about'. But in reality, who is stupid!!!! because as I'm about to walk out all of a sudden, you found my booking. So my experience with enterprise has been really, really disappointing for such a large company. It's been ridiculous, you are misleading people. I also wasn't told about a £200 deposit, which they said it was in small writings in the email they had sent me.That should have been clarified on the website. As I was doing my booking, there was no mention of a £200 deposit, while I was paying for the hire online, enterprise misleads their customers. Customer service is terrible. My experience with smaller companies has been much more better. Then with enterprise.
