  Been renting for years from here and im incredibly impressed by this new team of management here: Rokas, Farhan, Yousaf and Shoaib. All were very friendly and helpful. I could see they have trained the new staff very well. Extremely simple and efficient process. Car was lovely as it was almost new and clean. Will be coming back here for sure!

  I believe the young man who served me on my collection jay I believe absolutely brilliant calm and presentable and a great car and no hustle when returning, experience with car rental 10 years ago was nightmare it’s like the purposely looked for damages even there isn’t any! credit to enterprise and jay well handled will be great to be served by him again! Top service.

  I had a great experience renting a car from this company. Mr. Farhan was a very good host — friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was handled smoothly and on time, from the booking to the car handover and return. The car was in good condition, and the whole experience was exactly as expected. I really appreciate the professionalism and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a car.   I’m writing this review based on my recent experience with Enterprise Ilford. I booked an automatic van online and paid for the booking. I only have an automatic licence. When I arrived to collect the van, I was told that they did not have an automatic van available. I then asked whether I could have a manual van if my sibling, who is licensed to drive a manual vehicle, drove it instead. The representative agreed to this, but I was not informed that there would be an additional charge for adding another driver. When the van was handed over to me, I specifically asked whether it was petrol or diesel. The representative then asked how far I planned to drive. I explained that I would only be driving locally, around 20–30 miles. He specifically told me that I did not need to refuel the van because it was already around half full. At no point was I clearly informed how much I would be charged for fuel. When I returned the van, I was charged an additional driver fee and £62 for fuel for driving only 28 miles. This was particularly frustrating because I had specifically been told that I did not need to fill the tank. I contacted customer service to raise the issue. I was told that someone from management would contact me within 4 working days to resolve the matter. I have now waited considerably longer than the timeframe I was given, and nobody has contacted me. I am therefore leaving this review to share my experience. I would strongly recommend that customers are clearly informed about all additional charges before accepting a vehicle, particularly when the vehicle provided is not the one that was originally booked. I hope Enterprise Ilford will review what happened and contact me to resolve the matter. Thank you.

  July 2026. Our car was reserved for noon, wasn’t ready until after 3pm and they gave us a damaged car that impacted us being able to open the passenger door fully. We were told that we’d get a discounted rate due to the damage as there was no other cars available. We were charged the full rate when we dropped the car off at the Enterprise in Carlisle. Explained that we were supposed to have a reduced rate when we dropped off and was told that they couldn’t do that at their location, Ilford should have adjusted the contact at their end and a manager would contact us the next business day. The manager did not contact us. We have now had a ton of our time wasted trying to get this promised rebate since we got home from our holidays in August. Managers name that promised the discount at Ilford location was Farhan. Beyond frustrated at this point.
