  Avoid - check their other reviews too… Had a car through insurance after breakdown. Enterprise told me to call this local branch ahead of drop off. Have been calling since 9am. Eventually reached them at 3pm when they hung up after giving details. Called Enterprise main line, even they were unable to reach this branch and suggested going through insurance or AAs Enterprise team to make contact. Risk having to pay a late return fee due to their total incompetence simply being able to pickup a phone for me to return the car on time. This is not a reflection on Enterprise (who have generally been great) just this branch is just totally incompetent.

  Could not have had a better experience with the company, everything was great. I received a call from the branch about 45 minutes before my pick-up time to let me know my vehicle was ready if I wanted to pick it up early, which was incredibly useful. Once I arrived the service was quick and easy. The van I received was modern, and the associate from the branch was happy to give me a quick rundown of the main features. The following day, within 15 minutes of me dropping the van off at a different location, this branch called me to check everything had been ok, and to confirm my deposit hold would be released, which is was shortly after. I will absolutely be using this branch again!!

  I booked and prepaid for a Large SUV Automatic (Volvo XC60 or similar) for a MONTH. When I arrived, they offered me a Ford Kuga as a "similar" car (the Kuga is a lower Standard SUV and around 40% cheaper). They were effectively trying to pass off a much cheaper car as equivalent to what I had paid for. After I pointed this out, they offered to recalculate the price. I refused because I needed the higher-category car. They then offered me a MINI Countryman as a "free upgrade", even though it is also significantly cheaper than the Volvo XC60, or said they would cancel my booking. I needed a car immediately, so I had no real choice but to accept the MINI. In the end, I paid for a Volvo XC60 or equivalent and received a much cheaper car.

  My car stopped working and I have been awake and trapped on the phones since 8:00 AM fighting through severe disabilities to get an emergency mobility lifeline sorted. After hours of battling, the AA Duty Manager officially approved a 9-day emergency vehicle extension on my file. HAMMERSMITH Enterprise then demanded my personal insurance details, licence ect I Jumped through their exhausting hoops and successfully emailed them every single document they asked for. The HAMMERSMITH Enterprise branch still deliberately sabotaged the booking out of pure, unadulterated spite. The delivery driver turned up on my doorstep and aggressively demanded personal insurance details that are covered under the corporate contract. There was no service on my phone so I couldn’t pull up the Documents and I asked her if she could wait there while I go inside and try to get some Internet service . She agreed, but when I came back outside with the details ,she left. she didn't have the decency or patience to wait two seconds—she jumped straight into her vehicle and sped off, abandoning a disabled customer stranded on their own doorstep. Then they called the next day promising me the car and that it would be delivered between 1 & 5pm. An hour later some manager from enterprise called and manufactured a blatant, corrupt lie about a typo in my date of birth just to block the delivery completely, despite having my official documents in their system. They openly mocked my distress on the phone and took pleasure in the fact that I was stranded. THEN An hour later, somebody from The AA called and said that enterprise were delivering my car between one and five! I AGAIN explained to him the issue and he said that he would speak to them about them. They now have deliberately fabricated a story about me having an “attitude” to cover their own tracks. By then I was over it. I am now left with the option of paying £75 a day to get a higher car. - Money I don’t have. . They wait until you are exhausted, force you to send everything, approve a benefit, and then pull the rug out of pure vindictiveness. They are nothing but power-tripping corporate scum. This is DISGRACEFUL, illegal misconduct. The way they treat vulnerable customers is disgusting. With my disability, I’d rather use Uber or walk until I get my own car. This was the worst experience of my life and has left me completely traumatised. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS!!!

  Avoid at all costs. Returned rental (24hr rental 8.30am to 8.30am) early at 4pm on the day of rental. Parking the van back on Ravenscourt Road where I picked it up from and told to return it to. The office immediately checked the van, there were no issues and I would receive a copy of the invoice by email in the next day or so. On receiving the invoice, I noted that the return time was 8.30 the following morning and the van had done 156 miles. I took this as a typing error, as we had done no more than 20 miles and as there were no extra charges, thought nothing more about it. A month later Enterprise contacted me telling me that the van had been issued with a PCN the cost of which would be debited from my account, along with an administration charge. When looking at the PCN I noted it had been issued after I had returned the van (4.30pm). I immediately contacted Enterprise who said they would look into it and get back to me. Over the following months I received several letters from Hammersmith council demanding I pay the PCN, on each occasion contacting Enterprise, to be told that firstly the area manager and later head office would get back to me, they never did. In the end I had to produce a defence for the council, witnesses and evidence to prove I had returned the van. All of which I did including CCTV camera numbers, evidence of of me using my credit card at 4.30 several miles away and again at 8.30 when the van was 'supposedly' returned. The council immediately dropped the PCN after checking CCTV evidence. In total the the whole process of proving my innocence has taken more than a day of my time, phone calls, checking the CCTV details, credit card companies and writing up my defence. Not once over the 6 months did Enterprise ever get back to me.
