  Their hole-in-the-wall office can get crowded and cars/Vans are a little walk away but staff are all very friendly and efficient

  They saw me coming with a 1-way rental down the M4. Gave me a dirty van with an engine fault in limp mode, which was overdue a service by 3500 miles. Fortunately I was able to transfer the unroadworthy vehicle to the Cardiff branch for them at a max speed of 60mph. Offered a measley 10% refund which I never got.

  Ali was a great help in getting me my van and his customer service was excellent. His boss was very strict and didn’t let him help me before 8 am (even though I just wanted to drop the keys)

  Avoid at all costs. They’re literally stealing people’s money. We returned our rental on time and staff at drop-off confirmed everything was fine. Weeks later, Enterprise charged us for an extra day we never had. That was over 7 months ago. We’ve called at least 10 times since. Every time we’re told it’s “being escalated,” but no one ever follows through or connects us with someone who can actually fix it. It’s clear the location was understaffed and overwhelmed, but that’s not our problem to pay for. Charging customers incorrectly is one thing — refusing to fix it after 10+ calls and 7 months is unacceptable. Would not recommend. This was DECEMBER 2025!

  I have returned the vehicle same as it was including the fuel level, photo evidence shown to the guy taking the car back in and still charged me £21 even though he said it was all good and full refund of deposit would be issued to me. This was the worst experience i had with Enterprise thus far, dirty car, tyre pressure sign on - i had to go and look for petrol station to top up some air- and full of scratches. The girl who gave me the key of the car, couldn't care less. - therefore whilst she was showing me the car around, i was recoding all the dents, scratches. The boy doing the return check tried to pin on some of the old damages to me, when i showed a video i had taken whiles the car was given to me he suddenly changed his tone and agreed those damages were there. With all the extras, they get the commission and they always try to blame somethings damaged. I expect full refund as i have attached the photo during and after i returned the vehicle
