  I rent a car from here fairly regularly and the service is always excellent. They are so helpful and organised, and nothing is ever a problem. It's unusual to find anyway that is so consistently positive, and it's very much appreciated. Great branch, wouldn't go anywhere else now!

  The company keep taking unauthorised payments from my bank account. Bank details should be removed from your system once the rental period has finished. The funny thing is both transactions were taken after the car was returned with no explanation

  Currently renting a car from Enterprise. Have had great service from other branches in the past. The car was a Nissan quashqai. Less than a year old. While mechanically it ran well, a couple of issues marred the booking. 1. The car was quite dirty when I collected it — so dirty it genuinely looked like it had been in an accident where someone had brushed against the side. The assistant wiped one patch with a rag to show it was just dirt. Realised how bad it was when I got home and ended up cleaning it myself, shame they could not be bothered. 2. It was supplied with no windscreen washer fluid at all, something that I realised while trying to use it on the M4. I had to top it up myself. Overall It does make me question how much attention is being paid to vehicle preparation and maintenance before cars are handed over to customers. Hopefully these comments will be taken on board and processes improved.

  Looking at the reviews for the North Finchley website I can't believe that my experience has been anything near positive. I was charged £198 for a one day van hire which is three times what I would normally pay and was given a substandard veichle, which broke down. I was offered a £100 refund on the 19th March and despite chasing at least 7 times ay the Fichley office and 3 times by phone to the central office I am still awaiting a refund. Two months and nearly two weeks for a promised refund is not acceptable. If that wasn't bad enough my last van hire booing was cancelled due to "safety" issues on the van., one hour before I was due to pick it up. No real empathy around the aggrevation and stress I had to deal with. No offer of assistance in helping to find a van and had to go to a competitor and pay an extra £50. This was two weeks ago and despite chasing I am still awaiting a refund on the original booking which I prepaid. Needless to say whilst I really wanted this arrangement to work I have ahd to go to a competitor instead. It is a real shame as I wanted to use them as a regular van hire company given that ZIP van rentals are no longer. So when I read all the positive coments I do wonder are they genuine and why have I been singled out to experience this level of incompetence?

  Incredibly helpful and kind staff, excellent service. Cars are always in good knick, recommend the Qashqai ! Emmanuel was incredibly kind. And the rest of the team also. See you all again soon
