  Gave me an unclean cigarette smelly car on reserve fuel. Took it back on full tank cus I didn't know when exactly mine would be fixed. Only had 24h notice so just wasted 60£ Edit: your response is funny, go to your chats and do what exactly. I already questioned this. Waste of time. Also I just checked your other comments its the exact response word for word. Might as well talk to a wall.

  I have returned the car Today 11.28 am 8/8/2026, everything was fine as I have been told, but received a receipt evening showing that I returned on 12.46, and charged me for one day more, insurance and day charge, the closing time on Saturday is 12.00 midday , it is impossible for me to return the car 12.46, I returned the car before 11.30!, I already emailed company, and hope I can get my money back.

  I rented a vauxhall for a day because I took my car to audi for service. Firstly, the car was on 0 miles when I picked it up, which was quite strange. I filled £20 of petrol and probably ended up using £5 worth, so you’re welcome enterprise Finchley. Secondly, car was dirty on the outside and in, as soon as I got inside the car first thing I noticed was a box of cut apples that turned yellow, windshield was dirty and no windshield fluid in the car. Positives are the car was brand new and drove in good condition which is what I needed at the end of the day.

  I visited the Enterprise North Finchley branch in person to see the sizes of the vans available for hire before making a booking. Unfortunately, I was met with extremely poor and rude customer service from the staff. They were unhelpful, dismissive, and made no effort to assist me. I even explained that I simply wanted to check the size of the van before booking online, but they told me they couldn’t help and responded in a very abrupt and dismissive manner. It was a very disappointing experience. In my opinion, the best way to book a van is online, as it means you don’t have to deal with the staff in person. Based on my experience, the staff at the North Finchley Enterprise branch were extremely rude and unprofessional. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
