I had a fantastic experience at Enterprise Docklands thanks to Lorenzo. Moving is always hectic, but Lorenzo was remarkably helpful, attentive, and caring. He went out of his way to find us the perfect van relocation solution. Excellent customer service from start to finish—Lorenzo is a star employee!

Their service used to be excellent in 2025, and I was a regular customer, but it has gone downhill in 2026. I booked a car 1 month in advance, and on the evening before my pickup day they called me and said there was no car available l. Totally wrecked my holiday plan. Even worse is that they offered no explanation whatsoever, not on the day and not even after I filed a formal complaint. I guess with zipcar out of the picture they just get too much business and don't care anymore.

Absolutely first-class service at Enterprise in Canary Wharf / Docklands! I rented a car here during my holiday, and everything went completely smoothly and hassle-free. The local team is super friendly, gives honest and competent advice, and ensures quick turnaround times. You couldn't ask for a better experience – highly recommended!
