  Simply pathetic!! Extremely disappointing customer service. I had a confirmed van booking and all my documents, including my driving licence, were successfully verified. The only issue was that I didn’t have my physical debit card with me. My friend was literally 3–4 minutes away bringing it, and I politely asked the staff member to wait or offer any alternative. Instead, he simply shut the door, said the branch was closed, and showed no interest in helping. What made it worse was that he came back into the office a few minutes later but still refused to assist. I understand company policies, but customer service costs nothing. A little empathy and willingness to help could have resolved the situation in minutes. Instead, I was left without the van for an urgent house move. Very poor experience and completely unprofessional.

  Enterprises is a very good company to rent a car in London. They are very cooperative especially Mr Lorenzo in the pics is a very cooperative and kind person he helped and explained us everything in detail. We highly appreciate him for his service.

  Best costumer service by kasim the Manager. All staff are fully trained. Really impressed by thier costumer skills. Well polite, well Mannered, If Anyone needs a car he is the right person.

  DO NOT RELY ON THIS BRANCH FOR ANY ESSENTIAL TRAVEL The manager made up some “risk” rule that we cant rent on a US license. Even though we have done it before and its legal. His associate and HQ both said it’s completely fine. After talking to others in our building, this place makes up rules all the time and is also just generally super unreliable. Completely screwed our plans and added a ton of stress. We were left without a car as every other place was shut by the time they were done playing games.

  ENTERPRISE DOCKLANDS, LARGE VAN HIRE FOR HOUSE MOVE I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received. My flatmate and I were under a huge amount of stress and pressure, moving at short notice (including furniture, large mattresses, beds, hundreds of boxes) and without help. I phoned enterprise docklands and received outstanding service on the phone to book, I'm afraid I didn't give feedback on the day BUT - Thursday 2nd July at 8.02am was my call time. It was a female member of staff, but I'm afraid I don't recall her name. She was brilliant - efficient, informative, accommodating. I actually had other commitments on my move date meaning I needed some flexibility on van collection time etc - she could not have been more forthcoming and helpful. An extra large van for an entire day, £69 - how can you not be chuffed with that? I then dealt with the site manager at Docklands (I forget his name) but he was also excellent. Phoned me to check address confirmation the day before, van was ready as promised on the day. Off I went, moved, returned on time and he was great - just checked the condition of the vehicle etc and set me free! I must also say for context that I was constantly yapping about the flexibility needed/I was in a rush etc, therefore not much time for pleasantries - the team were completely unphased by this and absolutely stepped up, looking to help me as much as they possibly could. Genuinely can't recommend this team highly enough - all of them were eager to help and make things as easy as possible for all clients. Even after I returned my van and went inside to use the bin, another staff member was right on it checking if we needed anything or if we'd been given what we needed. A cracking group of people. Efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, no unnecessary bureaucracy or faffing, a simple service delivered exactly as required and with outstanding customer service. Please please pass this on to senior management or whoever needs to know this - I am exceptionally thrilled with the service I've received. An extremely stressful and difficult unassisted move was made substantially easier by a team who couldn't have been more informative and helpful. Mic is dropped. If you're thinking about it - DO IT. These people seriously know what they are doing.
