I rang the branch and they hung up on me and I have been passed between the branch and customer services every time. The treatment I have received here has been disgusting I would highly recommend renting a car from any other business because enterprise will treat you like the dirt on their shoe. Utterly appalling for a company as big as this

Regrettably I’ve given them three chances, each worse than the last. Not a reflection of the service I typically receive at other enterprise branches.
