  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise while my own vehicle was in the shop, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service during such an inconvenient time. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The process of getting set up with a van was quick and straightforward, which really helped take the stress off my situation. The van itself was in great condition—clean, comfortable, and reliable throughout the entire time I had it. It drove smoothly and was perfectly suited to my needs. A huge thank you to Robbie E., who truly went above and beyond. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with—friendly, patient, and genuinely committed to providing top-quality service. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle, and checked in to ensure everything was running smoothly. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such a warm and approachable attitude. What stood out most was how easy Robbie made the whole experience feel. Nothing was too much trouble, and his attention to detail and willingness to help really set him apart. He turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. Overall, I’m extremely impressed with the level of service I received. The team was organised, the vehicle was excellent, and Robbie E. is a real asset to the company.   When I arrived to pick up the van at 10.30 in Battersea, I told they did not have one, then said they have one in Thornton Heath. Which i went to. The Thornton Heath branch was very helpful

  We ordered a 7 seater multivan and called that morning at 9am to confirm that a van would be available for our 10:30 pick up. The nice lady at the front desk said there’s a 7 seater coming in. We go to pick up and signed the contract, when the car was brought out it was a 7 seater Mercedes that had no trunk space, not a van. We explained that although we are 5 adults 1 child, we requested a van because we have many bags that would only fit a van, not an SUV. My son is 5 and special needs and uses a stroller which is a bit bulkier than normal strollers… this is why we had requested a van that showed 7 seats and 3 bags. We completely understand that vans are hard to come by, which is why we called early to ask, at least that would’ve given us time to explore other options /companies, surrounding areas. We are then told there would definitely be a van and it’s a 9 seater returning at 4pm, and that the upgrade would not have a charge for the inconvenience of not having the multivan. We were thankful and grateful for the service and waited from 10:30 until 4 at a nearby mall, we were staying at air bnbs and had no place else to go until we get to our next destination by van. We even asked again at 2pm if there will definitely be a van, the answer was yes. We arrive at 4pm and had to wait another 30 minutes since the van was getting gas. At 4:30 pm a van finally arrives, we were so happy… but then the front desk girl comes to say, sorry, we cannot give you this van, someone requested it for tomorrow morning and we must give it to them, someone requested you’ll have to take the 7 seater. We begged and explained that we had waited patiently ALL day being promised a van, and now it’s 5pm and we have no time to find a van elsewhere. She apologized and said it was what her boss told her and there was nothing she could do. We ended up stuffing the car as best we could with luggages on my children and 80 yr old mother because they were not able to help since the contract was signed. We would’ve happily paid for 1 day of rental loss/ cancellation fee if they had told us there would be no van available earlier, we would’ve had time to call or take a taxi somewhere to get one, but being told a van would definitely come and waiting over 6 hours only to be told, oh sorry, you can’t have it now last minute is unacceptable and unprofessional. We understand that we had many bags and this is why we needed a full size multivan as ordered and not just a 7 seater, we explained our situation. In the end we did what we had to but we were disappointed at how we were treated. There was also only 25% of gas in the car that was given.
