- TRTy RichardsonAug 30, 20265.0Never mind the brainless 1 star reviews. Checked in online ahead of time and drove away within 5 minutes of showing up. Same with dropping off, no hassle at all. Plus the cheapest option by a mile. It’s easy to find if you use google maps like a normal person, and yes you will obviously be charged if you crash the car. People love to throw 1 star reviews around for no reason - if you don’t know how to hire a car then do some research before you do.
- ASAndreas SJul 28, 20265.0Booked via 3rd Party and was quite surprised to see these bad reviews here. Tried it anyway and must say, nothing to complain about! Staff were very friendly, got an upgrade and the whole process was quick despite having 4 customers there simultaneously. I asked them about the bad reviews and they explained that they had a busy time with not sufficient staff present but that has changed now. Can only recommend and to those with damages, just buy the insurance or accept the gamble you take. Location could be better placed on google maps though, if you navigate it shows you the right place but on the map itself it appears inside the train station.
- RMrishaan mehtaJun 23, 20261.0location impossible to find
- RSRandy StewmanMay 30, 20261.0The location is impossible to find...NOT ONE PERSON KNEW WHERE TO FIND THIS LOCATION! asked in the train station at the information desk, they said there were no rental cars anywhere. To goto the airport. Took us 2 hours and 30$ worth of two taxis to finally find a small sign outside of exit 1 at the train station that gave vague description of where to go. The rental cars are at the other end of the tunnel of where they say it is. No phone call to get you to the local location. No help at all. When finally arrived they took 40 more minutes to get us a car ready.
