  This location on 2 Coin street is closed and has been apparently been closed for years. It took an hour to figure out the new location (Enterprise location near Upper Marsh). They could have saved us so much time if they just updated their address online and didn’t intentionally mislead us. All of our bookings had this address.

  Upon arrival to collect car the branch was 'temporarily closed' with our booking moved to another branch over 20 minutes away. No prior notice of this was given. Staff very rude when this was raised. Would recommend looking elsewhere given this lack of reliability.

  Couldn’t have been happier. Got a very good deal on an automatic SUV. Car was clean, with only 1600 miles. The attendant was extremely polite and helpful, explained everything and helped us pay the London congestion charge online. He answered all our questions, and he did not try to push us into buying additional coverage. This has been one of the best car rental experiences we have had.
