Extremely disappointing and unfair experience. Our pickup time was 4:00 PM, but we arrived at around 4:15 PM and the office was already closed. If 4:00 PM is actually the cutoff, then don’t offer 4:00 PM as a pickup time. I strongly suggest setting the latest pickup time at 3:00 PM to allow a reasonable buffer for customers who may experience unexpected delays. The next morning, we returned at 8:00 AM, only to find out that our car had already been given to another customer — even though we had already paid for the car until 2:00 PM that day. No proper notification, no car, but our payment was kept. Very poor communication and extremely unfair to customers.

we returned our car rental in mint condition, only to have them charge us +£1500 for something that is considered standard wear and tear on a vehicle - these charges do not comply with consumer protection laws or the standards set out by the BVRLA so will be escalating further

Already 2.6 rating so no surprise giving 1 star, dishonest business - can’t believe alamo is okay with these people representing the business

Refused to accept my wife's credit card because it was a UK card, and insisted they had to add me as an extra driver for 140 pounds to use my credit card
