  we returned our car rental in mint condition, only to have them charge us +£1500 for something that is considered standard wear and tear on a vehicle - these charges do not comply with consumer protection laws or the standards set out by the BVRLA so will be escalating further

  Already 2.6 rating so no surprise giving 1 star, dishonest business - can’t believe alamo is okay with these people representing the business

  Refused to accept my wife's credit card because it was a UK card, and insisted they had to add me as an extra driver for 140 pounds to use my credit card

  Easy booking, good team members. No shady practises such as with Sixt where changing the hour of return but still within hire period attracted an additional fee of over £220.00!!
