- KKK KAug 18, 20262.0The Alamo/Enterprise car return is unfortunately quite difficult to find. It is located at the back of the Royal National Hotel. The best way is to approach via Bedford Way and turn into the entrance of the Royal National Hotel. Then drive all the way down to the back of the building, where you will find the Alamo/Enterprise vehicle return.

- DMDipti MalpaniAug 1, 20241.0Stop and read this before renting from them. You may be the next victim. We hired a car from them in Edinburgh for a trip to scottish highlands. It was a luxury mercedes GLR 400d( KM23NUE) The girl who handed over the car did not show us the car properly or clicked pictures. I did click pictures from outside and of the dents and scratches already present. What I missed was taking picture from inside. When we returned the car in London, we were made to realise that one horizontal member in the boot that covers the luggage is missing. And there was some damage underneath the rear view mirror on the left. They claimed around 40,000 INR for these two things which we did not do at all. We are super experienced drivers with 30+ years of driving experience and own a fleet of high end vehicles back home. Also we drove in highlands with hardly any cars to scratch the side mirror on. They are not provid pics from their side that the this damage was not there before. They play foul. Be cautious if renting from Alomo enterprise car rentals.
