  To be honest, we don’t get why the rating is so low. The team helped us, they were extremely polite and even asked to go with them to look for issues in the car. I have found a nail in a tyre and Muhammad has even taken us 45 minutes to a different location to take a fixed and even upgraded car! We were extremely pleased and recommend this location!

  Had a really easy and smooth rental with them. Not sure why the low review but the car was brand new(300miles) and the staff there were really friendly. Only thing they could improve was 1. To prefill the car at full tank, as it was difficult to estimate how much I have to bring it back if it wasn't full when I collected

  AVOID THIS RENTAL: Zero Safety Standards & Terrible Service It has now been 30 days since my initial contact regarding!!! I strongly advise against using this car rental company. I have been waiting over 10 hours for assistance with a damaged tire, and the experience has been a disaster. Non-existent Support: I emailed them three weeks ago regarding my case, and no one has bothered to follow up. Safety Negligence: The car was provided without a nut kit or an emergency kit. When I reported the issue, the staff blamed me rather than taking responsibility for their poorly equipped vehicle. Lazy Staff: Instead of helping, the staff pressured me to leave the office and told me to find a repair shop myself—without even booking an appointment for me. They clearly do not care about customer safety or the limited time tourists have. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.
