I've taken to review it now because I want to comment about a young chap there called David. He's proactive and had good customer relationship skills. Definitely management material ! One minor niggle is the same-tank-to-same-tank policy. Be prepared to overpay a little, or spend a few minutes working out your MPG so you don't.

It’s such a shame! This is happened on 18th August but l am still waiting to receive the money. I sent 3 email regarding this issue and l have been one time in person to the branch ask for update, but nothing. Very unprofessional and poor service
- PWPeter WarderSep 14, 20265.0My hire was a courtesy car provided by a motor insurance company. Enterprise picked me up from the body shop and provided a very modern courtesy car. They managed the hire well because the duration was not known as the body shop could only provide a completion date when they had seen the car up on the ramps. Everybody was extremely helpful and friendly at all times. The new employee, Sam, was a credit to the company. The only thing that was a bit frustrating is that it can some time to get through to them on the phone.
