  Here’s a polished review you can post: I needed to hire a car at the last minute during the school holidays, and the team at Enterprise Kingston were absolutely fantastic. Despite being incredibly busy, Meline and Lauren were both welcoming, professional, and never forgot to smile. They treated every customer with kindness and patience, which really stood out given how hectic it was. Their friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free. A big thank you as well to David for giving me a lift back to the station and for being so friendly and chatty. It was a small gesture that made a big difference. What a brilliant team! Thank you all for the outstanding customer service. We’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Enterprise Kingston to others.

  Had a wonderful experience with the Kingston branch. Answered my questions regarding the availability of vehicles, handled my booking and provided a better vehicle than expected the day after (GLB instead of a Kuga). Check in and check out was striaght forward, all while handling a large volume of customers. Special thank you to the assistant manager for the great service and fantastic job holding the fort with low staffing.

  Great experience with Enterprise Kingston upon Thames. The process overall was seamless. All the staff that I interacted with were warm, attentive and friendly. The car collection process was seamless and took around 20 mins, I had checked-in online a day prior. Got a freshly washed and properly cleaned car. Booked an Intermediate SUV Auto and was given a Volvo XC40 which was almost new. Returning the car was seamless too, and was done in just a couple of minutes. Would surely recommend this outlet of Enterprise. Super happy !

  I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of Enterprise and its staff. On numerous occasions, company vehicles have been left in our private car park without prior permission or consultation, creating ongoing disruption and inconvenience to our business operations. What is particularly concerning is the attitude displayed when this matter has been raised. Members of my staff have approached the situation professionally and have even offered assistance where appropriate, yet they have frequently been met with discourteous and unprofessional responses. We would expect a company of this size and reputation to demonstrate greater respect for neighbouring businesses and to ensure that its employees conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Unfortunately, our experience has fallen well below these expectations.
