  Super helpful. Quick and easy service. No queues (like Drivalia). No having to get the bus from terminal just a short walk. Really lovely car in immaculate condition. What I paid was what it was- no hidden extras at the counter so ended up being cheaper than other car hires. Will use going forward when arriving in London. Thank you!

  עבדו עלינו!!! זהירות- הנציג הוסיף לנו כל מיני תוספות להסכם שסגרנו מראש באתר, מבלי להגיד לנו! לקחו לנו 760 פאונד, במקום 479 פאונד בהסכם המקורי. ביקשנו רק להוסיף נהג נוסף, הוא אמר שזה 80 פאונד והסכמנו. נתן לנו מסך לבן ריק לחתום עליו במחשב שלו- מבלי להגיד מילה על שום תוספות מלבד אותם 80 פאונד. ביטוח כבר קנינו מראש, והנציג בעצמו אישר לנו את זה. רק אחרי כמה ימים גיליתי שחתמתי על הסכם חדש לגמרי עם כל מיני תוספות VIP שבכלל לא ברור לי מה הן נותנות. וגם התוספת לנהג היתה בעצם 112 פאונד ולא 80 כמו שהוא אמר לנו. הנציג שיקר במצח נחושה. בתמונות ההסכם המקורי מול ההסכם החדש. *הגשנו תלונה לחברת סיקסט, אם הכסף שנלקח במרמה יוחזר, אני אערוך את התגובה. בינתיים הם עוד לא ענו. באופן כללי שכרנו בטרמינל 4, כי אל על נוחתים שם וחשבנו שזה יהיה יותר נוח- שימו לב שגם זה בכלל לא בטוח- יש הליכה של כעשר דקות לחניית המכוניות. אח שלי שהגיע גם באותו היום נאלץ לחכות עוד כ20 דקות עד שקיבל את הרכב (אחרי שהגיע לחניה וחיפש את הנציגים שעמדו ושוחחו ליד הרכב שלו). אח אחר שלי שכר מ"אנטרפרייז" באותו היום- לקח שאטל בחינם של עשר דקות נסיעה- ושם נציגי אנטרפרייז פשוט חיכו לו בירידה מהשאטל ושיחררו לו את הרכב תוך כמה דקות. עכשיו אני רואה שכבר יש פה הרבה תגובות על הונאה, חבל שלא הסתכלתי לעומק.. מקווה שהתגובה בעברית תקפוץ לכם ותחסוך לכם מאות פאונד. נסיעה טובה ובטוחה :)

  They don’t even know whether congestion charges apply to electric cars in central London, let alone explain it properly. The cars also aren’t registered for automatic toll payments, so you must pay manually. Miss one £4 tunnel crossing and you can end up paying £90+ in penalties, plus Sixt’s £40 cut EVERY TIME!! Terrible service & customer support(!)

  Hassle-free rental experience. The staff is remarkebly kind and helpful, special cheers to Corine and Archie. She promptly welcomed me and provided all the relevant details about the rental process in the UK, in a warm and friendly way. The coordinates for the pick-up point at the airport were on spot. The only improvement could be regarding the fleet. Despite my T-Cross being surprisingly well-equipped (Travel Assist, Side Assist and Wireless Charger), I felt like one more time Sixt has a bit limited offer when comparing to the other companies. However, I've never rented until now with another one, fearing stress or problems. Moreover, the prices of Sixt are very competitive to be honest, especially for a young driver (21).
