  I rent cars five to seven times a year, and Gustavo is hands down the best rental agent I’ve ever dealt with. He was quick and efficient without ever making me feel rushed, genuinely friendly, and thoughtful in a way that’s rare at a rental counter. He anticipated what I’d need and made sure I had everything before I left. He made the whole experience easy. Sixt is lucky to have him, and he’s the reason I’ll be back to this location.

  We rented a car from Sixt at Heathrow Airport for our trip to the Cotswolds. Our flight arrived earlier than expected, but sixt was very accommodating and arranged another car for us at the same price. A special thank you to Nicky, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. She went above and beyond to assist us and patiently explained the different return options, including dropping off the car at another location. Overall, a smooth and pleasant rental experience. Excellent customer service, and a big thank you to Nicky for making the start of our trip so easy.

  Chciałbym szczególnie podziękować Nicoli z oddziału na lotnisku London Heathrow za absolutnie wyjątkową obsługę dnia 06.10.2026r. Nicola jest niezwykle ciepłą, życzliwą i sympatyczną osobą. Od pierwszej chwili sprawiła, że poczułem się bardzo mile widziany i komfortowo. Przez cały czas była niezwykle uprzejma, cierpliwa i profesjonalna. Wszystko dokładnie i jasno mi wyjaśniła, przekazała wszystkie potrzebne informacje oraz poświęciła czas, aby wyjaśnić wszelkie pytania i nieścisłości. Ani przez chwilę nie czułem pośpiechu, a Nicola upewniła się, że wszystko jest dla mnie jasne, zanim odebrałem samochód. Największe wrażenie zrobiło na mnie jej ciepłe, naturalne i pełne życzliwości podejście do klienta. Nie była to po prostu poprawna obsługa – dzięki Nicoli cały proces odbioru samochodu był łatwy, przyjemny i bezstresowy. Po podróży spotkanie tak pozytywnej, pomocnej i serdecznej osoby naprawdę robi ogromną różnicę. Nicola jest wspaniałą wizytówką firmy i doskonałym przykładem tego, jak powinna wyglądać obsługa klienta. Zdecydowanie zasługuje na uznanie za swoje podejście i sposób, w jaki traktuje klientów.   ​"Yesterday, I met Mr. Rapesh at the Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 office. When traveling in the UK, I usually use Hertz, and for other trips abroad, I rely on Hertz, Enterprise, or other local rental companies. This was actually my first time using Sixt. ​Considering the size of our travel party and the amount of luggage we had, Mr. Rapesh kindly went above and beyond by showing me other available vehicles on-site—not just the one I had reserved—so that I could make the best choice. Although I have used many rental companies over the years, I have never experienced such proactive kindness instead of just routine reservation handling. If I could, I would genuinely love to nominate him for Employee of the Month!"

  DO NOT HIRE FROM THIS RENTAL COMPANY!!!! Got sent car return instructions, used their link and followed the google maps to return the car. Was given the route to drive through the Heathrow drop off area. Circled round and dropped off the car. Didn't stop just drove through. Couple of weeks later get a traffic offence from Heathrow via Sixt stating we'd used the drop off area and not paid. But we didn't know we had to pay - GIVEN WE WERE DROPPING THE CAR OFF USING THEIR INSTRUCTIONS! We've been fined £80 for the traffic offence as well as a £40 'admin fee' from Sixt for processing/passing on the fine. An admin fee- absolutely ridiculous. Sixt have used my credit card to take the £40 without my authority. I've contacted their help desk- no response. I've contacted them on social media- no response. Someone 4 weeks ago posted Sixt Rental at Heathrow airport "is shady and is not to be trusted". Totally agree! Save yourself the hassle. They’re con artists. Edited: thanks for the generic auto bot response below Sixt. But you still haven’t responded to my last emails on that exact email address. Appalling customer service.
