- AMAlejandro Massalin5 days ago5.0We had a great and simple experience renting a car for 24 hours in London. The best part was the service of Duran, who drove us from the drop-off to our terminal, and handled our four heavy bags with a smile! Kudos to Duran and to the whole team.
- FCFred CrouchOct 1, 20265.0Good car quality, easy to pick up car at Heathrow and convenient drop off location at Paddington Station in London - all employees were efficient and pleasant...and security deposit returned promptly (as no damage).
- DWDan Barrera (WookOnWheels)Sep 25, 20265.0Can get busy but the staff are always very helpful and accommodating given the number of people waiting to get cars.
- GOGenix OvaSep 19, 20265.0Customer Loyalty + unit options + location flexibility + loyalty benefits/awards w/recognition + outstanding location support services + knowledgable staff with efficient/effective operations = The best of them all - National Heathrow Terminal 5 (Southampton airport and worldwide locations) keep evolving and keep getting better. I’l be marking 10years next year, great experience so far even when we had issues with units all resolved amicably so well done
- STSara TayebiSep 12, 20265.0I’m very happy with our overall car rental experience. Throughout the process, we had the pleasure of dealing with Avneet and Assistant Manager Jude Hardwick, and I really want to thank both of them for their great service. They were both very professional, helpful, and easy to deal with. They kept in touch, followed up when needed, and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciated how responsive and respectful they were throughout the whole process. The customer service we received from Avneet and Jude was definitely the highlight of our experience. Thank you both for going above and beyond and making the process so much easier!
