  Tracy A and Ethan M did a brilliant job at the Upper Marsh location helping me return my car here instead of LHR turning it into a one way rental. Would highly recommend National for my rentals. Completely Satisfied

  Fantastic experience with National at Heathrow. As an Emerald Aisle member, I was shown straight to the cars and given great options to choose from — so easy. Olly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car for my trip, and couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Smooth pickup, smooth return. Highly recommend National and will definitely be back.

  Very poor service. I’ve booked automatic SUV online but received Mini Cooper. It got flat tire and they don’t have any control to bring the AA service on time. Waited in the night for couple of hours then went back to hotel , again came back in the early morning after speaking to Enterprise team on the phone but waiting for another 3-4 hours.

  The staff at the exit gate yesterday (July 16th) at approximately 12:40pm were both unprofessional and inaccommodating towards our Uber driver. They were adamant he could not take us through the bus line to exit the car rental company. Our driver was driving an Uber XL and he was not a customer of the rental service, he was merely transporting the customers of National car rental (me and my family) therefore it makes sense that he should go through the bus line. I’d like to add that the bus line wasn’t busy and it would’ve been very easy for the woman to lift up the barrier and let him through. He was forced to reverse his large vehicle a long way out of the bus line and move the vehicle to a separate lane. Our driver was professionally verbalizing his frustration to the lady that he’s a transportation driver and could simply go through the bus line. Then a male coworker of the woman comes over and begins to berate our Uber driver without hearing him out. They told him “don’t be like that” and “don’t be rude.” Our driver never swore at them or made any rude gestures. It baffled me that they were making him out to be the belligerent one in that situation. Our driver was from the Middle East and I’m not normally one to assume discrimination but the way the staff were so dismissive and rude towards him made me consider they may have been responding out of regional prejudice.
