  Llegamos y no tenían el coche k habíamos contratado después d casi Dos horas y media nos dieron uno que era súper pequeño habíamos contratado unos grandes x que mi familia es grande. Después de Dos horas más. Nos dieron otro más grande. Le dijimos si valía igual todo k si mi marido es inglés así que No había error. Nos cogieron la tarjeta x eso d la seguridad. Pues llevan cuatro semanas me han quitado sin más 330 e d lo k habían blokeado que no me lo devuelven con mil escusas me dijeron on line que si y aun así siguen sin devolverme mi dinero llevamos ya cuatro semanas detrás. La prox semana vuela mi marido d nuevo y la liara in situ...son muy sinverguenzas no es la primera vez que lo hacen. Esas prácticas d robar el dinero y luego no devolverlo es horrible no recomiendo para nada está empresa. X todo. Lo mal al llegar. La de tiempo allí esperando mi coche. Todo pagado y a todo riesgo desde España y mil cosas pa querer sacar más dinero. Nefasto !!!! Devuelvan mi dinero ya. Pd coche devuelto lleno y perfecto Hemos hecho todo hablar por tlf. Rellenar el formulario que dijeron k lo hiban a devolver. Y varios email. No hacen más que dar largas y marear la perdiz. Deben devolver mi dinero ya.

  Great price and easy drop-off, but an exhausting 1-hour pick-up queue (2.5 stars) ​ The price for this rental was very good, and the drop-off process was straightforward and efficient. Unfortunately, the pick-up experience was a completely different story. ​Upon arrival, we were directed to a queue that lasted for about an hour. I have never rented a vehicle in Canada, the USA, or Europe where the pick-up process has taken more than 25 minutes. The system here is highly inefficient. There doesn't seem to be enough space for customers to walk to their own vehicles, so the entire operation is dependent on staff coming to get you from the queue while another employee brings the car around to you. ​Enterprise seriously needs to rethink this operational flow, or at the very least, explicitly warn customers that picking up their car will eat a significant amount of time out of their leisure or business trip. Adding to the frustration, once we finally received the vehicle, the interior had not been adequately cleaned. ​A far different, much better experience at drop-off, but the initial pick-up logistics need major improvement.

  Worst experience - took car for 1 day from Heathrow and the stop was super busy due to which they were giving the cars quickly and asking to rent agreements. Being old customer I trusted them and even raised few marks on car which they said is ok from enterprise side as they are small. Now when I returned the car to Glasgow, they were free and they inspect the car each and every side, raised quite few concerns even one that car boot cover is missing which they never gave me at the time of pickup. The main concern which is bothering me is that from mirror is having few chips which are very minute and I have shown the same to Heathrow agent at the time of pickup but they have raised damage against my name as I don’t have any proof for that. I just hired the car for a day with rent of £35 but now they are asking me to pay £1750 for a minor chip in is easily repairable as per uk govt law and that too it was existing damage before I hired the car. This is worst experience I am getting in 2026 where as I am loyal customer from 2017but didn’t face this issue. Customer service team is very rude as they are clueless. Thanks Gaurav

  I rented a vehicle from Enterprise at the Heathrow location and returned it at Gatwick a few days later. I was staying at the Gatwick Hilton Hotel as bona fide guest with a reservation checking prior to a return flight home. While doing so I had to drop off my wife, 2 children and 8 suit cases. Given that the hotel reception was not on the ground floor the car was left for about 5 minutes while we checked in and all made several trips to get the bags to reception. During this 5 minute period I was electronically issued with a parking citation. I was not aware of the citation / ticket until I received an email from Enterprise a few days later. I appealed the citation with the Issuing Authority as at the time I was a paying guest, checking into the hotel and given the location of the reception, the number in our party and the number of cases I had to leave the car unattended (I could not leave cases unattended in the foyer of the Hotel for obvious reasons). I contacted Hilton explained the circumstances and they cancelled the citation and voided the ticket and no further action has been taken. Despite this I was issue with a $35 'administration fee' from Enterprise because of the ticket being issued. As the ticket was issued in error, electronically I expect that this charge from Enterprise should be refunded. Despite repeated attempts to contact Enterprise they have not as yet responded and I still have a 35 GBP charge on my Amex. Not impressed with this service at all and might need to review my preferred choice of car hire company going forward.

  Unsere Anmietung erfolgte für eine Woche (Abholung am Flughafen London Gatwick, Rückgabe in Bath). Für die Anmietung wurde eine Kaution in Höhe von £200 hinterlegt. Bis heute wurden uns jedoch lediglich £100 zurückerstattet. Nach unserem Kenntnisstand bestehen keinerlei Schäden, Mängel oder offene Forderungen, die einen Einbehalt der restlichen £100 rechtfertigen würden. Besonders enttäuschend ist der Umgang mit unserem Anliegen. Wir haben bereits mehrfach telefonisch den Kundenservice kontaktiert (gemäss dem Link wo man sich melden sollte und alle mit schlechten Rückmeldungen erhalten). Dabei wurde uns jedes Mal zugesichert, dass sich jemand um den Fall kümmern oder sich zeitnah bei uns melden werde. Leider ist bis heute nichts geschehen. Darüber hinaus wurden wir wiederholt zwischen den Filialen hin- und herverwiesen: * Die Filiale in London Gatwick verwies uns an die Filiale in Bath. * Die Filiale in Bath verwies uns wiederum zurück nach London Gatwick. Auf diese Weise konnten wir unser Anliegen trotz zahlreicher Telefonate nicht klären. Bislang hatten wir mit Enterprise stets sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht und waren mit Ihrem Service zufrieden. Umso größer ist unsere Enttäuschung über den Ablauf dieses Falls. Der Umgang mit unserer Reklamation ist für uns absolut unverständlich und inakzeptabel. Es kann nicht sein, dass uns Geld, das uns eindeutig zusteht, ohne nachvollziehbare Begründung vorenthalten wird.
