  Understaffed. There is no separation between national, enterprise or Alamo. I’m guessing this is due to monopolistic behavior by these three rental companies that are likely all the same company now. Expect to wait for some time if you get here at any reasonably normal time. They also told my family to all wait outside while they’ve setup a maze of people inside in a queue. Plenty of seats inside, unoccupied, but they don’t want to deal with having to leave space for ingress/egress of people and would instead prefer to have an enormous zigzagging mess of pedestal barriers in case it gets busy which seems like it would make this experience far worse. It’s unlikely I’ll ever use this place again and if I were you I’d avoid it too.

  Absolutely first class and excellent experience. What really stood out was the excellent professional staff from the shuttle bus driver, who picked me up at the airport to the staff at the depot. The young man who then took over and showed me to my car explaining everything and got me on my way in no time at all Again on returning the car excellent experience and the staff were very efficient. This is a company that puts their customers first by providing an excellent service to their customers which you don’t get very often these days. Big thank you to all at Alamo for make this happen seamlessly.

  Some of the staff are really really good professionals and polite but some of the staff want to look very cool and laid back to the customer which looks very unprofessional and therefore they forget their duties. The car pick up could be more ready and personalised, as when I came to pick up my car the staff didn't even knew which car is ready for me or which one is automatic, once they found a car the guy didn't even ask me if I would like to know more about this car, as obviously customer we don't drive all cars of the world so we don't know how to use some of the smart car features, so I wasted half an hour figuring everything out and I had to ask someone to show me. The drop off is always very fast and smooth and the staff there are very polite and professional.

  I found the staff incredibly rude and careless. There appeared to be no one in charge. Insanely long queues today 25th July with many customers upset with the length of quieing. We were given our car (downgraded) 1hr and 8 minutes from when we entered the queue. There was one customer who was treated poorly by what appeared to be a man calling himself the manager after he was allegedly given a faulty car. Apparently challenging this was considered rude and the so called manager decided to cancel his booking with all customers present. So distasteful. Despite booking a premium car, I was given a mid size car that isn't premium. I challenged this and the staff basically said to me take it or leave it. As we had to drive out urgently, we took the car and will challenge it later with our credit card. The conduct and operation of the entire process was amateurish. I have never seen anything like this and my family and I were genuinely astounded. Definitely will not use again.

  1hr 20 min to get a car. Car was then faulty. Was then passed around multiple staff who had no clue what to do. Eventually was seen by a blonde white female with glasses who was rude to us earlier. She was asking me irrelevant questions such as when did you bring the car park.... I didnt even take the car! It was faulty and I didn't even take it. She refused to listen and was obviously out for trouble. I said that I just need the car swapped as its faulty. Nothing else needs to be discussed. Its a simple job. She then got upset and said I was rude. The so called manager then came in and said I was rude when I wasn't! I recorded the incident and they decided to cancel my booking... they gave me a faulty car, refused to change it and then decided to cancel my booking. 2 hours time loss which they seemed to take great pride in. Manager even said he was going to take as long as he wanted to cancel my booking. Reported to head office. Its like dealing with kids... no maturity at all. The worst rental experience ever in 20 plus overseas rentals. Still waiting for my refund
