  Waited 1.5 hours for the vehicle I’d booked & paid for only to be told it wasn’t available. They downgraded me, promised a refund of the difference which I’ve still not got. Just take a look at the photos of what they’re offering, broken glass, broken floors?! Go somewhere else Don’t bother responding to this, I’ve already complained via the website, told I’d be contacted by the area manager within 5 days, it’s been 9.

  Absolute rude and disrespectful employees at this location. I advise anyone not to rent any vehicle from this enterprise branch unless you want your deposit stolen without reason. Be careful of the employees at this branch they are very disrespectful and quick to take your money.

  Dear All, Thank you for your response. I am extremely disappointed that, despite waiting over a month, I have still not received a substantive response from either the branch responsible or Customer Services. This falls well below any reasonable customer service standard or service level expectation. What is particularly concerning is that this complaint sits under Barry, the Wembley Area Manager, yet despite my repeated telephone calls and attempts to engage, I have received no response whatsoever. As a customer whose business has been significantly impacted, I deserve the courtesy of a response and a fair investigation into what happened. Your response also contains factual inaccuracies that I must challenge. The branch is claiming that the vehicle was available at 11:00am. This is simply not true. My records clearly show that the vehicle had not been returned in time, and I received a telephone call at approximately 2:30pm advising me that the van would not be available until 3:00pm. This significant delay had a direct impact on my business operations, resulting in cancelled plans, lost income and unnecessary costs. I am therefore extremely concerned that inaccurate information is now being relied upon to close this complaint. For clarity, the complaint relates to the reservation on 19 June, and I require this to be investigated by the appropriate regional manager responsible for the branch that failed to honour the reservation. As this falls under the Wembley region, I expect Barry to acknowledge my complaint and provide a response rather than continue to ignore my calls. Regarding my Subject Access Request, I have already requested access to the telephone recordings because they will evidence exactly what was communicated to me. These recordings are material to my complaint and will confirm the timeline of events. Closing the complaint without carrying out a proper investigation, while relying on information that I dispute, is unacceptable. I request that you: * Reopen and acknowledge this complaint. * Confirm that Barry, Wembley Area Manager, or another appropriate senior manager will investigate the reservation on 19 June. * Review the telephone recordings before reaching any conclusions. * Explain why my repeated attempts to contact the Wembley Area Manager have gone unanswered. * Provide a substantive response by close of business today confirming the next steps.
