The confirmation email clearly stated that debit cards were accepted. However, when I arrived at the branch, I was refused the rental because I did not have a credit card. I tried to find a solution and offered to pay the full deposit upfront or purchase full coverage insurance, but neither option was accepted. The staff refused to rent the vehicle without a credit card. I would not recommend renting from Enterprise. Unlike other rental companies, they were unwilling to work with me or offer any reasonable alternative. I have rented vehicles from other companies many times using a debit card and have never experienced this kind of problem. As a result of this situation, I lost an entire working day and approximately £500, as people were waiting for me and I had to pay for their time. I believe the information provided regarding payment methods was misleading and caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience overall.

- MBMansor BakhtaniJun 2, 20261.0I been referred by my insurance company to get hire car until my car gets fixed, they give a sUV car it was to big for i wasn’t feel relaxed while driving it so I took the back to change to smaller one , then thay chargered 80£ for half tank petrol , I never been informed that I should bring the car back with half tank , I was still happy to fill it but they charged me first then closed the case and saying is to late now , the staff are very rude and unprofessional
