- AAAhsan Ali5 days ago5.0After ringing around the area for a day hire, enterprise in Hanworth had a vehicle available for rent. The vehicle was in mint condition. The service from the guys here was excellent right from the guys at the desk to the manager, everyone is really friendly. They ticked every box ✅️.
- BJBarbara Jones6 days ago1.0Ordered a Luton van with tail lift to be hired for 22-05-26 only to be phoned up 1 hour before to say that we could not have a Luton van as the tail lift had broke and it had a flat tyre , after waiting over 2 hrs for enterprise to sort it out we were given a van ( no tail lift) battered & left dirty inside and broken sensor light on indicators . They promised a refund of the equivalent we would have paid for the Luton tail lift , after numerous calls to there office and them saying there manager would phone back the same day (which has never happened ) I have contacted head office 3 times and still they have not resolved anything . I will never use them again . My partner who is retired at 67 had to lift all the heavy items manually . This place is a joke . No COMMUNICATION and still waiting

Liars and thieves. I would never rent anything from enterprise again, if you can’t keep a proper audit of your vehicles. Why bother! It’s literally your only job!
