  Staff practice bad faith tactics like parking the vehicle elsewhere and sending you a fine that the vehicle was parked in private land. Then add the enterprise surcharge of £35. This type of practice does against every ethic of a business. I wonder where does the £35 go?

  i recently broken down and the RAC provided me with onward travel vehicle for me for couple of days. They advised i can pick up a car and take to my destination as well as approval from RAC team - also your company allows this option to take to another store. Upon arrival i was told a car is available and was confirming the date to bring back to Hanworth? I told them on phone and RAC confirmed for me that i can take to a store near my home/work which is up north. They told me i cant take the car and that the van is available and no other options only because they didnt let me take the car to another store. Bare in mind my disability father was with me who they clarely saw with walking stick and walking issues. They said 'its the same as a car, take it or nothing'. To be honest this is very rude and i was promised a car over the phone and the RAC confirmed this. As i already had issues from the breakdown and my dad was already in a mood from the breakdown the last thing i need was to not get home because the team at Hanworth didnt give me the car. There was no option to pay extra to take to another store if this was the case as this is also stated on the company's policy. My dad had issues getting in the van and out the van with his disability, so had no choice to take it to get home which was more than 100miles away. I've made an official complaint too, which heard nothing for 2weeks for an official apology and escalated it, but nothing. So they really don't care at this store/area for anyone to get back to me as they must think it's ok to not acknowledge. Why state on the site can take vehicle to another location for a charge but not even give me option to take car, hopefully never have to break down again and use this store for onward travel again.

  Was supposed to have a car booked for the day I was supposed to pick car up and they said car had problem when it came back in and was given a rubbish car even though I was suppose to be picking up Mercedes and turned out to be a citreon,,,I had to go with a worker to another branch to collect it and when I left messages from area manager he didn't even bother to contact me,,but if I hadn't paid the 750 for the rental period someone would of called me then totally dissatisfied with the Manor in which this company treated me

Unfortunately, the condition of the car was quite disappointing. It was not only dirty but also had an unpleasant odor, making it difficult to use comfortably before getting it washed.
