  Excellent customer service from Enterprise! The whole experience was smooth, easy and stress-free from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful, making the entire process straightforward. It’s lovely to receive such great customer service. I would definitely recommend Enterprise and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

  ⭐ 1 STAR — IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS, I WOULD. Absolutely disgraceful service from Enterprise Baker Street, Enfield. I called because I needed a large van for my business the following morning. I specifically asked whether they actually had a van available, and I was told they had small, medium and large vans. I booked the large van, received the reservation confirmation and believed everything was sorted. Then at around 7:30pm, I received a call from the branch telling me they had NO van available at all. I explained that I urgently needed the van to collect and deliver materials for my business and that failing to do so could potentially cost me around £4,000. I was then told that I had booked through the call centre, that there was poor communication between the call centre and the branch, and that bookings are apparently being made without properly checking availability with the branch. How is that the customer’s problem? I specifically asked if a van was available before booking and was told YES. To make matters worse, by 7:30pm all the other local van hire companies were basically closed, leaving me with no realistic opportunity to arrange another van. The branch manager’s attitude was even worse. I found him rude, dismissive and completely uninterested in helping. I was effectively told that even if I came to the branch the next morning, I would not be getting a van and there was nothing they could do. This is completely unacceptable. If you are a business owner and you depend on a vehicle for important work, I strongly recommend you AVOID this branch. A confirmed reservation clearly does not mean the vehicle will actually be there. Because of Enterprise’s internal communication problems, my business has potentially been left facing a loss of around £4,000. If I do suffer that loss, I will be taking the matter further and seeking advice regarding recovery of my business losses. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

  The person who served me didn't seem to know much and didnt show me much about the car itself. Also the car i booked for was meant to be a Vauxhall corsa or similar and when i arrived they said they don't have it available and only got another car which was bigger available. Also he didn't show me how to use the basic such as the reverse gear, windscreen wipers and put the lights on. Due to this the car I had unfortunately got hit by another driver at a local shopping car park as i was struggling to get it into reverse and my partner had to Google how to do it. Plus had hassle putting the lights on and windscreen wipers while dark and raining. So make sure if a make or model not sure of ask how to do the basics.

  Enterprise was foisted upon me for a necessary temporary replacement vehicle by my insurance company (I have a disability). Contrary to their own belief, I DID NOT (nor would I have chosen) CHOOSE THEM. In my opinion (experience going back 15 years, long before I became disabled), they have continued to live up to their reputation as one of the worst hire vehicle companies one can use (unless, of course, you're masochistic), & definitely not a company to use for PERSONAL hire/if one has a disability. Better & far cheaper (again, in my opinion) to get an Uber. Just for clarification, they sent me a survey (negative responses). Then asked me to post on Google. They obviously do not care about negative reviews.
