    Booked for 2 new standard 225/45/R18 tyres on Sunday night for fitting Monday/Tuesday. I called Tuesday to ask timing but was told the tyres hadn't come in yet. And I havent heard anything since! Now I have received a "how did we do?" email... pretty poor imo

    I had been a loyal, satisfied customer of this garage for years, but I will unfortunately never return after a deeply concerning recent experience. While driving past the shop last week, a staff member (one of the fitters) blocked the road in his vehicle. When I sounded my horn to alert him, he got out and directed incredibly hostile, abusive, and unprofessional behavior toward me while I had my young children in the car. I have dashcam footage of the entire incident. When I later called to speak to the manager about his staff's conduct, the same fitter answered and screened my call, falsely claiming the manager wasn't there (even though I could see him). I no longer feel safe using this business and dread to think how they would handle a legitimate customer dispute. You have lost a loyal customer. The situation is worse but I had to ti e down to allow the Google algorithm to publish

    This place was recommended to me by my mechanic from Skunkworks. If you need new tires, call in advance. If you've got your own tires, just turn up, and after a short wait, you will have your tires fitted in under 20 minutes, very impressive. The price is okay at £25 per corner (June 2025). The guys who run it are pleasant and efficient.

    Broken Valve on my wheel so unable to inflat. Called and was told to bring it straight up. Took up and was fixed by Adam in 2 minutes for a great price. Highly recommend. Thanks again
