  I have rented vans from the Brentford branch several times and have always had a great experience. The staff are helpful, friendly, and professional, and the paperwork is completed quickly and without any issues. The vans are always clean, well-maintained, and in good condition. I would definitely recommend this branch and will be using them again.

  Spoke to Phil on the phone enquiring about van sizes available as I needed to transport my motorbike to the garage. Brilliant guy, great customer service and reassured me that the medium sized vans would be able to do the job but reminded me to supply my own equipment for loading. Van itself was perfect. Drove absolutely fine. Not the cleanest but it's a commercial rental vehicle so can't complain. Would rent again from Phil and the Brentford branch!

  In Yorkshire on holiday with a van that has had a problem since the start. Took me one and a half days to get the phone answered. The AA says van must now be swapped out. But no one is answering the phone, despire several tries already this morning. An update ... The battery in the replacement van failed over night and the RAC have said that must be swapped out. We have spent another day being told by Brentford to 'ring round' local depots. We have what is now our third van in 5 days and have lost two whole days of our cycling holuday waiting for roadside assistance and driving miles to pick up vans after being provided with 2 faulty vehicles by Enterprise. Enterprise, please review my case. Enterprise Brentford have all the details. They also have my email and number. I have not gone onto your site to play all the details back. I am bitterly disappointed with the service I have had.

  When I called green flag this morning I straightaway told them my dog was home alone and I absolutely had to get back by this evening (he needs meds). When eventually ENTERPRISE called me (4 hours late) they told me I'd have to pay for an upgrade to a Mercedes A class if I wanted to get a car before tomorrow and that the other branch (Brentford) who'd been allocated to organise me a car had been "slack".
