    I frequently rent with Enterprise around the world and I never had any issues but my experience with this branch is awful. I rented a van that had all sorts of issues. When I returned the van with my list of issues, the ginger/viking looking guy was very nice and apologetic and told me he will straight away put in a 20% discount and also will escalate it further due to the number of issues I experienced. That was the 18th of May.. I since then called customer service twice to complain and escalate because I did not feel I got value for my nearly 300+ pounds. Literally 0 response ever since. Just to put it into perspective: I mentioned something on return in Edinburgh, they called me next day to discuss everything... and that was not even a complaint but a suggestion on their new fleet... So you can understand why I give this branch 1 star only. I was told this was escalated to the Area Manager and that the manager will reach out within 2 working days, then after the second call they said allow a week or so. I do not know if this person is on holiday or just enjoying the AC in the office but they surely are not on top of their game... Still waiting for a response and for receiving my discount...

    In general I am satisfied, everything I can do on the application. Collection point has good location, the car I rented for weekend break was almost new. Returning was smooth and easy. I definitely will use them again.

    My mother and I had an excellent experience renting a car from this branch. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The customer service was outstanding, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Thank you for your excellent service. We will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

    Needed a 7 seater and the staff was so so helpful and straight to the point, wasn't there longer than needed to be so quite efficient! I can't remember the staff's name specifically but she was so kind to us ❤️
