    We had a very positive experience with Enterprise. We hired our car through the third-party company Enjoy Travel, which offered a more reasonable price than booking directly with Enterprise. I was initially a little hesitant about booking through a third party, but I needn’t have worried as everything went incredibly smoothly. We requested a premium 7-seater and were fortunate enough to be offered a brand-new Mercedes GLE, which was fantastic. From collecting the car through to returning it, the whole process was easy and hassle-free. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional throughout. We would definitely use Enterprise again and would have no hesitation recommending them.

    The staff were so polite and helpful. The process was very fast. The vehicle was very nice and the deposit was returned within 2 days. Very pleasant experience and will definitely be back again. Thank you.

    Despite me specifically suggesting that i need the van for Europe, the person at branch have not informed me of procedure correctly and they have zero understanding of customer support. This has costed us valuable time and we ended up sending our guys on a car to pick up consignment from Germany Never again. I will be closing our corporate account. We pay alot every year to you lot.

    Good service and a decent price. Simple check in process and easy check out with the telematics. Helpful staff. Not easy to park there as near the station so be prepared.

    Pre paid for hire van, day of collection driving out and engine light comes on oil is double overfilled. Had to leave and told to return end of the day. Returned and still no vehicle ready, waited half hour and then had to end up taking smaller van. First day and ad blue and screen wash was empty purchased and filled up. Minor okay. returned 4 days early. This was 8 weeks ago, no refund for difference in van or days not used. Called and even visited the branch. Still nothing. Phones their customer service they said it will be raised. Called 10 days later they have no idea what i am talking about. Raised again. It’s being run by kids, making the company look bad. Give me back my money please.
