  Van got sent out with x2 legal tyres no oil in van had to put 3 litres in my self been using them for 20 years and this is the worse experience I’ve had with the Barnet office was give this van by them as someone crashed in to my van.

  Unfortunately you can’t put no stars so 1 will have to do. Terrible customer service, lied to by both employees. Had an emergency, called to tell them we would be late pick up. We were told “no problem. Any time today.” Get there, first guy says we’re late, I explained and he remembered. Go through process to be told car has already been rented. No alternative. Refund issued at 12:30 the second guy. I asked who I had spoke to earlier. Head office they said. Lies as he remembered my call initially then second lies as I called at 1pm and guy says refund was issued at 12:30! Why wasn’t I told that? No problem? 😂 awful.

  Terrible experience. This branch provided a courtesy vehicle through BMW servicing, and the car was handed over dirty and with almost no fuel. The biggest issue came after the vehicle was returned, when my credit card was charged without my authority or any satisfactory explanation. I have reported the matter to both BMW and my credit card provider, as I do not believe these charges were properly authorised. The lack of transparency and poor customer service throughout the process has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend checking all paperwork carefully and monitoring your bank statements if you use this branch. Based on my experience, I would not use them again.

  I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise barnet branch. They were incredibly accommodating, even making last‑minute changes to my pick‑up time and the driver’s name without any hassle. The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping us. Everything was smooth, efficient, and stress‑free. I was very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

  Booked a van weeks in advance (and paid upfront), and they have cancelled the day before as they "don't have the van available" (even though it's still available to book on their website), with no offer to help resolve the issue. All other enterprise locations were asking for more money, which nobody has offered to compensate in spite of this being entirely their fault. Desperate, we tried another Enterprise location - they also took our money before immediately calling to cancel. We are now left with very limited and expensive last minute options, when we are now already out the cost of two vehicles which they are yet to refund, not to mention the logistical nightmare this has caused and the financial losses incurred in other areas since we now likely have to completely change our plans. Customer services have done absolutely nothing. Absolutely unacceptable.
