  There is a young man who works at the Barnet store on reception, - he is absolutely fabulous (Louay!) I think he is a massive asset to this company and why I wrote this review. I spoke with an out of hours call handler who promised a car, when I rocked up the next day to the store the reception had no cars available. This happened with 2 customers before me, - they obviously became frustrated and vented on the reception team. The young man (Louay) was nothing short of professional, curtious, polite and respectful throughout the entire exchange (it was not his fault, he did nothing wrong!) I'd hire another car from here solely based on this young man - I will repeat my earlier statement and say again that this young man is a true asset to this business, one i hope they recognise!!! I also walked out with a beauty electric car!!!

  Used to be better. Hope they will improve. Rubbish in the car, luggage cover broken. Some staff are great and helpful, others are not. Putting customer conversation on speaker while they dictate full card details and a different customer can hear all of it is a crime IMO.

  Apologies for the late review (hired in May). I wanted to thank the staff at Enterprise Barnet especially Payal who organised a car for me. She listened to my concerns about the type of car I required taking into account that I had lots of hospital visits with my Disabled Father. She got me the perfect car an Electric Mini Countryman, which was the perfect seat height for my Father to get in and out of. The whole hire from start to finish was flawless and I am very happy with your service.

  RECCOMMEND TO AVOID IF YOU CAN I can see this branch has had many negative reviews and my experience is no different. These were the problems I encountered: 1. I hired a medium van and when I arrived to pick it up I was told it wasn’t available and was offered a smaller one. It wasn’t even similar. I could fit the sofa I was moving but had to leave other pieces of furniture behind. I was only told “sorry about that”. 2. Because I had to fit things in a tight fashion one shelf slipped out of its holding and it was left it in the back of the van. I fully expected this to be picked up and be put in lost property however they simply threw it away within a day! How on Earth is there not a holding period or even a message to say something was left? I now have a bookshelf with one shelf missing. 3. When calling to ask about the lost shelf I was put on hold and I was simply left there for 20minutes before the line went dead, I got no answer and no callback. Simply ignored. I had to go into the branch to talk to someone. I’m not blaming any one employee in particular, and I know some people have had good experiences here but I think that this branch is badly run and so I’ll be using other companies or branches in the future (and will carefully read their reviews)
