  today on 21/6/26 around 19:20 Today at around 7:00 pm, I went to the petrol station and used the pay-at-pump service to fill up my car. After paying, I needed a receipt, but the printer at the pump was out of order. I knocked on the kiosk window several times, but no one responded. After waiting around 5 minutes, a member of staff came out to lock the door. I asked for my receipt, but the male member of staff told me the petrol station was closed and said I would have to come back tomorrow to collect it. When I explained that I needed the receipt, he responded rudely, saying, “Don’t ask me.” One of the female staff members then told me to use another pump and insert my card to print the receipt. However, all four pay-at-pump machines had their receipt printers out of order, so this was not possible. The staff showed no concern about the issue or the inconvenience caused. If the receipt printers are not working, the till rolls should be checked and replaced so customers are not left struggling to obtain proof of payment. I wasted 5 to 10 minutes trying to get a receipt, and I was very disappointed with both the poor customer service and the lack of support from the staff.

  out of 12 pumps only 4 are working, it took me about 15-20 minutes to fill it up. No thanks!
