  Amazing experience on my pickup. I'm embarrassed but I didn't catch the name of the great guy who upgraded my booking to give me a car more suited to my preferences. Car is pretty much brand new and smells like one, is clean and very fuel efficient. Yet another successful rental from SIXT, I can recommend this company and the Liverpool branch.

  Friendly and helpful staff. I walked to the Sixt office to collect the car in less than 15mins. Not quite as convenient as some other companies but worth it for the better value rental.

  The team of Sixt Liverpool around Sarah-Jane are extremely helpful and easy to deal with. Can not recommend enough!

  I booked a car through Ryanair to pick up at Liverpool Airport on 20.08, I received a call on18.08 saying the office will be closed (4pm on a week day???) and a code will be sent to me for the key safe, outside the office I filled in the registration form in the rain and made the insurance payment, no code was sent to me after repeated calls to Sixt, after about an hour an employee came out of the locked office and listened to my plight and after some calls by him to colleagues I was told a code cannot be sent if booked through a 3rd party and to come back tomorrow!. I was left to hire a car from another car hire company to continue my journey. On returning to the airport on 24.08 I went in to get an e, explanation and refund, I was informed the manager would ring me first thing on 25.08,guess what, no call, what a terrible way to treat customers
