There was tall Tom and two other gentlemen working late around 17.30 yesterday ( one red head gentleman and another male member of staff ) all so helpful and accommodating. My 80 year old mother was with me too and they even chatted with her! There wasn’t much spare vehicles space so they managed to do their work in a restricted space. I’d had a very long journey from Scotland and arrived in unfamiliar territory, tired and stressed and when I arrived at Knotty Ash, the staff’s attitude made my day! Thank you guys for all your help and lifting my spirits at the end of a long day! 🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏 The Mazda CX30 was lovely to drive! Slightly limited rear vision but overall a very nice car 👍
