  A refreshingly pleasant experience Andy and Yannis a great credit to the company. Upside for me was the fact that Enterprise are open later on a Saturday than other companies ! Return was also a trouble free experience thanks to Louis!highly recommend Enterprise on all levels Thank you also for the upgrade. Made my drive so comfortable . Great value for money and hassle free .

  I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped me when I arrived after a stressful flight; he was kind and friendly and expertly answered every question about the car. The car itself was also great and the prices seemed reasonable.

  Great location close to terminal building. Great customer service and even a follow up call once I got home to check if everything was satisfactory. Definitely use again. Highly recommended.

  Really good, friendly service. I'm always wary of car hire places, I just assume their aim is to get as much money out of me as possible, but this was not the case here. The chap I dealt with at collection and drop off was very pleasant and helpful, I can't speak highly enough of him. Unfortunately though, I've forgotten his name! I think it began with a Y, Yannis maybe? Anyway, he made sure that I had a good experience with this company.

  Avoid booking with Alamo/Enterprise at Liverpool Airport if you are a local resident. I made a fully paid and confirmed booking with the Liverpool Airport branch for a family trip during a long holiday weekend. Everything was confirmed successfully, and nowhere during the booking process was it clearly stated that a boarding pass or proof of travel was mandatory to collect the car. On the morning of my trip, I received a call from a representative named Holly from the Enterprise/Alamo airport branch informing me that they would NOT provide the vehicle because I was not flying and did not have a boarding pass. By that point, my accommodation, travel plans, and entire family weekend had already been paid for and arranged. This completely ruined our trip and caused significant financial loss. What makes this even worse is that after the cancellation, the branch stopped answering calls entirely. There was no proper assistance, no accountability, and no clear confirmation regarding my refund. Customers should NEVER discover hidden restrictions on the day of travel after payment has already been taken and plans have already been made. If airport branches have policies requiring proof of travel or boarding passes, that information should be made extremely clear BEFORE accepting bookings and payments from customers. Taking bookings first and refusing cars later is unacceptable and incredibly misleading. Very disappointing experience from both Alamo and Enterprise Liverpool Airport branch. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking with them.
