  A great car and price which provided a very comfortable experience for all of us. From initial booking to car return everything went very smoothly and I would recommend Enterprise to anyone coming through Liverpool Airport.

  The worst experience a customer can have! We got a call the day before the pickup, it was cut in the middle (perhaps hang up by them..?) and we never got a call back. When we came a long why to pick up the day after, they found all the different excuses not to rent to us. Our weekend pre paid plans were cancelled and we paid a fortune on that. They were rude, did not try to help in any way, and did not care what so ever about the damage they caused us. Needless to say we don't even know if we will get our money back. Truly disappointing, be careful!

  Very poor customer service, no communication with customer despite several emails and phone calls. Cars dirty inside and out, very disappointing.

  The whole service was quick, staff very knowledgeable and friendly at check in, car was brand new. Excellent value for money. Arrival at Heathrow airport drop off very quick and easy also. Recommend

  I had a very disappointing experience with the Liverpool John Lennon Airport branch. I booked my vehicle by telephone, not online, because I wanted advice on the most suitable collection location. I explained my circumstances in detail, and the representative recommended the Liverpool Airport branch and completed the reservation on my behalf. At no point was I informed that vehicles would only be released to customers arriving on a flight. On the day of collection, I received a missed call at approximately 4:47 pm. I immediately returned the call and spoke to Enterprise’s central reservations team. They checked my booking, confirmed there were no notes explaining the missed call, prepared a message to the Liverpool Airport branch while I was on the phone, read it back to me, confirmed it had been sent, and advised that the branch would contact me if anything further was required. No one contacted me. I then travelled approximately 1.5 hours to the branch, only to be told that my confirmed reservation could not be honoured because I had not arrived on a flight. By the time the branch emailed me (after 5:00 pm), it was too late to arrange an alternative vehicle elsewhere. The most frustrating part was not the refusal itself, but the poor communication. Had I been told about this requirement when I booked, or contacted before making the journey, I would simply have booked another branch and avoided wasting several hours. As a result, my family’s holiday plans were completely ruined. I hope Enterprise reviews its booking and communication procedures so that other customers do not experience the same situation.
