On Friday we went to collect a van from enterprise , having previously filled out relevant information online prior to booking also on that day I got the opportunity to check in online to save time at branch. I got there at 11 50 am for midday collection...to be informed that the vehicle had not been returned from previous hirer bearing in mind we needed to return the vehicle back by 6 pm. This was the least of our problems A credit card was required to complete collection and handover of proof of address having already paid online 24 hrs in advance , to be promptly informed as I have chosen not to own a credit card we were denied hire of the vehicle , the manager at the time shares that this happens frequently and was not remotely botherd having other forms of ID to prove who I am and also taking payment on the online booking ,i was refused the vehicle. I had limited time to make other arrangements to get another vehicle form another hire company , the inconvenience and stress of all this could have been avoided at enterprise online booking system .

Excellent response on a bank holiday when The AA could not recover a car. On very short notice the car was arranged and delivered to us at a service station. Lovely team both on the phone and who came out to us. Caring, worked with us. Many thanks

Customer service at stamford is fantastic. The website is easy to use and book, I like the flexibility when I needed it, vehicles are clean and new, prices seem good and payment is easy. Used them a few times this year and plan to use again very soon
