  Staff were lovely, but Enterprise have completely ruined our holiday. Went to collect our van this morning that we had hired to take to Scotland for the week with my elderly parents. Then advised that the excess if £2500. This would be even for the smallest of chips. The only way to opt out of this would be to pay a further £200 on top of the £500 we were already paying. Absolute CON! When checked online realise that this is common and very often they will do there best to find something to charge this excessive amount. This was not made clear when the booking was made. If at any time £2500 excess was flashed up on the booking page I would never have entertained this company. We don't have £2500 spare to pay for a chip, so we have had to walk away and cancel our holiday. AVOID AVOID AVOID

  Hidden additional charges on a hire of a people carrier added another 50% to the cost and ruined our holiday. £2500 excess for a chip in a windscreen forcing you to take extra insurance policies out with them. We’ll never use these guys again. Awful

  Enterprise Van Hire Spalding. Polite friendly staff, who explained everything you needed to know about hiring a van from them.Hassle free payment and return of deposit. Great van selection, and brilliant location at West Ellie Avenue made pick up for me perfect. Brilliant all round service.

  The staff at Spalding are amazing. From collection to drop-off, they were friendly, knowledgeable and restored our faith in Enterprise after a poor experience at another branch. We would definitely recommend the Spalding team for a customer service award. Brilliant! Thank you.

  This has to be one of the best Enterprises we have ever used. The manager Pritiya is the nicest person you will come across, we have used her services quite a lot in the last few months renting vans for our move, she has treated us with patience and respect even with us giving her short notice to go out of the country with one of her vans, nothing was too much trouble. Walking through the door we are greeted like old friends.Everything is done with a smile, Her staff (especially Ellen) are polite and friendly, you can tell they are in a happy environment, vans and cars are always ready and clean, communication is fantastic, if there is a problem, there is a swift and speedy resolution. This branch is an absolute credit to Enterprise and long may they continue. Staff from other Enterprises should go to the Spalding branch for staff training and customer service to see how it should be done, to Pritiya and her team… Thank you and see you soon x
