Frequently Asked Questions About Kia Grimsby
Do you offer the full range of new Kia cars for sale?
Yes, we offer every model in the Jeep range - from the Picanto to the Sorento, you can place an order for a new Kia. We also occasionally have new Kia cars in stock, so feel free to ask about what we have available right away.
Do you have a selection of used Kia cars for sale?
As a Kia dealer, we always have an assortment of pre-owned Kia stock. Each car has been subject to extensive safety and background checks, ensuring Kia quality standards are in place.
Can I test drive any Kia car?
Regarding our new Kia cars, we do our best to have at least one option of each model available for test drives - while sometimes we can’t offer a test drive in a specific version, we’ll do our best to offer the opportunity to drive one that’s closest to. When it comes to our Kia used stock, as long as the car has been checked and made ready for sale, it will be available for a test drive.
Can I get an approved Kia service at this location?
Absolutely - as a franchised dealership, we can offer all levels of approved Kia servicing. We ensure only genuine Kia materials and parts are used, and that our technicians are fully trained by Kia themselves and are working to the manufacturer’s criteria for quality.
Can I get an MOT for my Kia car here?
You can indeed - you can also tie this in with an approved Kia service so both are done on the same day.
Can I get accessories for my Kia Car?
We offer a number of official Kia accessories for sale at this location - get in touch and we’ll be able to tell what we have available.
How many of Kia’s models are hybrids?
There are many hybrid options when it comes to the Kia range - you’ll find mild hybrid models, but also full and plug-in hybrids such as the XCeed Plug-In Hybrid, the Niro hybrid models, as well as the Sportage and Sorento.
Does Kia offer any fully-electric cars?
Kia has pushed on with creating a comprehensive selection of EVs, with the Niro EV and Soul EV examples of these. However, Kia has created a dedicated line of electric vehicles which is currently made up of the EV6 and EV9, with more models on the way.
How long is Kia’s new car warranty?
Kia offers one of the most comprehensive new car warranties available at 7 years/100,000 miles (whicever is first). Each new Kia model comes with this warranty.
