  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise Car Hire, and I would especially like to recognise Patrick for his outstanding customer service. He was professional, friendly, helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and made the whole experience stress-free. It is always refreshing to receive such excellent service from someone who genuinely cares about their customers. Patrick is a real credit to the team, and his positive attitude and professionalism made a lasting impression. Thank you, Patrick, for making my experience such a great one. I would highly recommend Enterprise Car Hire and would happily use their services again!

  I rented a van from Enterprise Boston a couple of week's ago and the experience I enjoyed was absolutely outstanding and I couldn't ve more impressed. I only rented the van for one day but was treated as though I was a extremely valuable customer. I was helped by a wonderful gentleman by the name of Patryk. I arrived first thing in the morning and he greeted me by opening the door for me and even knew who I was. He walked me through all I needed to know and made the whole process of renting a vehicle as pleasant as can be. Patryk, you are an absolute star and it's due to your excellent service that I will return to the Boston branch for all my needs in the future. Enterprise, look after Patryk. He is a credit to your corporation. As for the van, it was perfect and the price was excellent value. Thank you all very much. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

  The support from the Boston branch is simply excellent, they realised that the first vehicle delivered had developed a warning for one of the tyre pressures, they informed us of this and that they would return to swap out the vehicle, which they duly did. Collection of the vehicle, post hire, was communicated by the Boston team so I knew when to expect their arrival to collect the vehicle. As a fairly regular user of Enterprise I cannot praise the Boston branch enough, they’ve been great with every hire I’ve had. Please keep it up.
