  The Manager there said best move is contact them direct on the local phone number to see what vehicles they actually have then book online, obviously cannot always guarantee a vehicle will be returned on time etc. The Van I got was OK and did the job!

  Absolutely Joke of a company. Hired a van online for 8am collection the next day, walked down to collect, just as I was near, they called to say they don't have a van, however one is being off hired later at 10/11am. So I agreed to come later. They called me around 10am (Missed the call) and left me a voice mail saying the van is ready, however there is a light on the dash DPF fault, but should be ok to drive!. Tried calling back, no answer (Twice) rand customer services and explained what was said and happened and I was concerned about the DPF light, because all I needed was to brake down!. They spoke to Melton branch, and came back to me with 2 possible solutions as there are no other vans available. Either cancel and refund or collect the van, and if there are any issues over the weekend, then you can arrange a replacement vehicle on Monday. As I was desperate for the van to collect stock from an Auction with a tight deadline, I agreed that's a good idea, I'll risk it and any issues swap van if need be. Walked all the way back down to Enterprise in the pouring rain, walked into the office to collect the van, and they said WHAT VAN? I said the van I have booked for the whole week, they said that customer service said to them that I wanted to cancel, and my rental is no longer available!. I said " Is this a wind up? You a joking me ain't you?" NO Sir, we have cancelled your order, and the van is now let out to someone else. FUMING, I said we'll you can cancel the other persons booking and give my booking back to me, as it wasn't me that has cancelled it, it was you!. All i got was sorry mate, you've been refunded you don't no longer have a booking!. Oh my god, this is how you treat loyal customers!, well I certainly won't be using them again!. I'll use DVS commercials from now on!. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY!, oh and the little weezle that sits behind his desk sniggering, I'll soon catch up with you 😉

  The staff were super friendly and efficient. Also very knowledgeable and reassuring. They answered all our questions and it really felt like they wanted to make sure our rental experience achieved our aims at the best possible price. Some people think vehicle rental is a rip off but we were so pleased with the value of our rental, service, efficiency, and peace of mind included. Top tier. The two guys at the Melton Mowbray office on the day we came in were both fantastic. Kyle and Matt.
