- JSJack Smith6 days ago1.0Car was booked in for a major service , it is apparent that most of the checks that they have said were completed have not been. Wiper fluid was empty , i don't fill it before to ensure they have completed the basic and obvious service jobs. Tyres had not been removed, door hinges and bonnet catch not greased . They stated the car was taken on a road test however my car app has not recorded the vehicle moving more than 0.1m while it was at the garage so clearly was not done. If these obvious jobs have not been completed its fair to say none of the mechanical jobs have been checked either. Booked into another garage on monday to have it checked for any signs of a service being carried out. My guess would be they did the oil and filter only possibly because my wife dropped the car off and they though lt she would not realise. Also tried to upsell the pollen filters for £70! An hours labour for a pollen filter on top of the £235 seems excessive . So dissapointed as this is my local garage being 0.6m away and ive used it regularly for years.

Left the garage and the lower rear tyre flagged up straight the way being 'pressure is low' I returned the following day and said there's an issue, they checked it and said nothing wrong. Still a week later there was still an issue returned and said there must be something wrong. How are all the others fine and this one as issue. Again they checked and said I needed to take it back to my vechile manufacturer - madness. Struggled on with the issue filling it with air every few weeks until it same to a point I was filing it with air every other day. Returned and there has to be something wrong with this tyre. They checked it for the forth time and found the puncture. Fitted this tyre unknowingly with an issue, which is actually quite scary, quality has been missed. would not recommend this place and is highly concerning in terms of safety. Disgusting customer service not once did I get an apology and still have to pay an additional £140 for a new tyre - this place is a joke. Will never step foot in it again.

It doesn’t seem like they did the front wheel alignment either as nothing seems different upon inspection and we were just told to collect the car after an hour. When asked if they could do the wheel alignment for the back tyres I was told they couldn’t and that not many garages would do it but that they were fully booked. Usually I have been told by the mechanics if the back tyres need tracking and they complete it as well instead I was told that my car model is the hardest to track especially when it’s half price!! It was the company’s decision to offer this price yet I was made to feel like it was a hassle for the workers to carry out the work at this price!!!

The only issue I faced was with actually reaching the location and Google maps took me via an inaccessible route.
