- MSMohinder SinghOct 6, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience with Pro Tyre. I purchased four tyres through a third-party company and selected Pro Tyre for fitting. My booking showed a 9–10am time slot, and I arrived at around 9:30am. I was told that I was late and that the fitting could not be done because there was another booking at 9am. I explained that I understood the booking to be a 9–10am arrival slot and that the booking had been made through a third party. I was also told that the garage was not making enough margin because the booking came through a third party. I found this comment disappointing, as the customer is not responsible for the commercial arrangement between the companies. The fitting was eventually rebooked for Monday at 4pm and the tyres were fitted. I also asked about wheel alignment for an another car and was unhappy with the way the pricing and options were explained to me. My main concern was the way I felt I was spoken to during both interactions. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Pro Tyre and would not use them again.

And when I mentioned this to the man he just told me that that happens!! But they could have mentioned that when I made the appointment??! Its called walkers when you google the place,, no sign of it saying walkers. The work on my tyres (just balanceing on all four tyres!) was done quite quickly and the man that did it told me all 4 tyres needed balancing. But if that didn't do the job then it could be the suspension and that could go into big expense!!?? When I went into the (staff only!) office the man behind the counter (a different man) who was very miserable. Asked the man who'd done the work what make of tyres I had on and then told me he'd never heard of the make and that was probably the problem!!! So I think if they are going to tell people what's possibley the problem they need to get their story strait!? Won't be going back im afraid

I’d just left Audi Service after being told I had a nail in my tyre and needed a brand-new tyre for £292 — even though my tyre is only about a year old. I came here to see if it could be repaired instead. They checked it properly and found that the nail hadn’t actually damaged or punctured the tyre. They simply removed it and told me everything was fine. I was in and out quickly, and they didn’t charge me a single penny! Really impressed by their honesty and service. They could easily have charged me for something I didn’t need, but they didn’t. Definitely a place I can trust and would highly recommend.
