- SSSLA6 days ago1.0Took my vehicle for tyres. Tyres fitted as you’d expect, however, on the website the tyres were £80 odd inc fitting plus the £40 something for tracking. I got charged £28 more per tyre. In addition the customer service is so poor from the chap behind the reception desk, he gives that feeling like you’re an inconvenience spending money with them, including revving my vehicle repeatedly when from what I believe it was already jacked up. I’m not overly fussed as the engine was warm but it’s not your vehicle and it’s in for tyres…. The bold chap who does the tyres is very friendly and actually takes the time to speak to you. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning or recommending protyres.
- BRBradley Ryan6 days ago1.0Avoid at all costs: They managed to damage all 4 of my wheels during fitting new tyres, wouldn’t be as bothered if they were marked up on arrival but all 4 wheels had a month prior been fully stripped and powder coated, the wheels were absolutely Prestine. The garages responce was I’ve curbed my wheels, absolute jokes. I would not ever recommend to anyone. (I’m not a Karen if I had marked my own wheels i wouldn’t be sat writing a review) £400 powder coating for the damage without any resolution from them. Also my family member told me today they went and before I had time to warn them not use them he said they were unprofessional revving his modified car while its jacked up for fun. ( they also charged him extra on top of the tyre and fitting price they quoted for “extra wheel weights” which I thought was funny since no other garage has ever charged extra when tyres, fitting and balancing has already been paid for.
