  I had a fantastic experience with the Enterprise team, and I’d especially like to recognize Ali, the Branch Manager, and Gracie, the Assistant Manager. Both were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire experience. Ali demonstrated excellent leadership and made sure everything was handled smoothly, while Gracie was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to help. Their outstanding customer service and positive attitude really stood out. I highly recommend this Enterprise branch. Ali and Gracie are a credit to the team and deserve recognition for their excellent service!

  This is how a company can go from hero to zero, regular renter from enterprise Hinckley, usually I see a young Indian lad, he has always bent over backwards to help me, on Friday 17th I called to book a car last minute as usual, a female answered and introduced her name as Grace, I asked if a car was available any car or van just to get me from A to B, my own car is a very high end Porsche and I don’t like to put excessive mileage on it, I stated my previous rental had been a success and could they do something similar, the price I was given was not the price advertised on the website but substantially more, I asked why and was told because I needed the car last minute I would have to pay the inflated price, I mentioned the previous associate had moved the time for me to allow me to collect the car earlier but Grace refused stating “no one is forcing you to rent from us” after a little more backward and forward I gave up and hung up. This interaction was one of the worst I’ve received from any company and with so much competition in this industry I feel even if her hands were tied could have been more helpful and less confrontational. Shame how 1 bad interaction has spoiled a solid business relationship as I’ll go elsewhere in future.

  Booked a premium car online and thought I’d treat myself. Called the Hinckley branch the day before collection just to check everything was on track for 12pm. The phone call didn’t fill me with confidence! The guy asked if I really needed a premium car. I replied that I did (hence booking the premium range). His response? “We’ll just have to see what’s available tomorrow.” That’s a bit like booking a steak in a restaurant and being told, “We’ll see if we’ve got any meat when you arrive.” He then casually asked how I’d be paying the £500 deposit. News to me. When I said I hadn’t realised there was a deposit, he laughed and said, “A lot of people miss that.” Helpful. At that point I decided I’d rather not play Enterprise Roulette, where the prize could be either a premium car or something that looks like it’s survived three seasons of Top Gear. When I asked to cancel, I was told it was too late for a full refund and to do it online. Thankfully, the Enterprise customer service team were actually brilliant. They understood why I had no confidence in turning up to a “we’ll see what we’ve got” experience and arranged a full refund. No complaints about the call centre at all, they were excellent. But based on my experience with the Hinckley branch, I’d recommend steering clear unless you enjoy surprises with your car rentals.
