  The service is just as good at EMA as in any other international airport both in the UK and throughout the USA. They are not the cheapest but provide the best service. That's why I'm a returning customer

  They give you the car and say everything is OK and in good condition. Then on return even before they have done a inspection ask if you took photos. Then try and blame you for damage already on the car.

  We were accused of tire damage we did not cause and they stole the money from our deposite. Do not use this provider !

  We were accused of causing tire damage and the money was stolen from our deposit. We bought the extra insurance, but their scheme makes us liable up to 100GBP which is almost exactly what they stole. The car was released in a condition they then considered "unsafe" by their own standards. The tire damage was not something we even spotted at pick-up as apparently we were too trusting towards an employee who appeared professional. See the photographs we took later to judge yourself. I reported the fraud to many places, but so far little was done. Stay away, there are other providers.
