I had very good experience with this enterprise as i was stranded near the service because of a van i hired from a private dealer. Mohammed from this branch managed to source me a van under an hour got the process done very quickly and got me back on the road. Really appreciate Mohammed and team from enterprise.

Excellent car and price. Harry got me sorted and on the road in minutes and returning the car was just as easy. Very highly rated. I will certainly use them in future.

Very disappointing experience with this Enterprise branch. I was accused of causing damage to a wheel that was already present when I collected the car. Fortunately, I had taken time-stamped photographs of the damage at collection. Despite this, a damage claim was raised and I was charged without first being provided with a proper written damage report or convincing evidence that the damage occurred during my rental. I just doubt the professional of such staffs. ——— They didn’t refund me the wrong charge till now, It is also concerning to think what would have happened if I had not taken my own photographs. I have rented from Enterprise many times across Europe and have never experienced anything like this. I expected much better procedures and customer service from Enterprise.
