  Bad experience with the hire company. I booked a specific car, VW passat, as selected on the website and paid in advance. I selected this car due to the luggage I had when arriving overseas. When I arrived I was offered a Moka, not enough space for luggage. I was then told to listen by the assistant and repeatedly told that this car was the same category size and that's how they do it. However, the website does not ask me to select a category of cars of which any can be offered, it asks me which car want. There is obviously a disparity between the website and the actual car hire. This needs to be sorted out, when getting off a plane with all your luggage, you need to be sure that it will fit in the car you hired.
