We got there before opening time started, so had to wait a few minutes for the guy to set up which is fair enough. Service was great, sorted us out quickly, and ran through everything simply… and was very helpful. We booked via a 3rd party, so the guy was unable to do much on our booking, I’d suggest going direct through their website as they can adjust the booking if needed.

Worst experience were we have already paid for the additional driver still debited from the Deposit and when we are asking for the refund saying it’s under process and team never reply back to the email

Prior to the rental, Muhammed contacted me by email to check on a few things to make sure all went smoothly on the day. The process was smooth and efficient, and he upgraded the vehicle to an SUV at no extra charge.
