  Prior to the rental, Muhammed contacted me by email to check on a few things to make sure all went smoothly on the day. The process was smooth and efficient, and he upgraded the vehicle to an SUV at no extra charge.

  I’ve booked the car and already paid £250. However, I then received a call informing me that I also need to pay a £200 deposit, which can only be done by credit card — something I don’t have. This is confusing, as the website states that the deposit can be paid using a debit card. The person I spoke to said they would send me a form to fill out once they found it, but I’m still still waiting to receive it.…

  The car was not cleaned properly inside and we found dirt and sweet wrappers in the back seats. We checked the car with friendly TK, and discussed that there were already scuffs on the alloys. This is important but because they now claim that we have caused gouges in the tyres, which we didn't. We have checked with a tyre company and these were probably created when the previous renters scraped the alloys and therefore we were provided with a potentially dangerous vehicle! Foolishly we dropped the car off out of hours and they also now claim that there is a dent, which we are 100% sure was not there as we checked the vehicle and even took photos of scratches that we did cause. Total scam to get money from renters who leave their vehicle out of hours.
