Without going into massive detail I was quoted for work that didn’t need doing, the operations manager carol has apologised for the error and refunded money to me and has been great trying to sort it out.
More of an warning to check and double check what this garage is quoting for,
Really rude receptionist didn’t help an already stressful day, and was more interested in her cup of tea!
