  0 stars if possible! Long story short I paid a deposit for a car and was pushed to go for a complete different car on arrival which I didn’t really want to get but they was very pushy in me getting this nice Audi apparently because it looks nice and it’s ready to drive whatever! The guy at the desk said he knows about scuffs and marks on the alloys but low and behold they’re constantly harassing me and telling to pay for them same marks and scuff on the wheels that he told me he knows about! It’s like one of them must’ve given it to a friend or a family that’s damaged the vehicle now they’re trying to recuperate for me! And usually wouldn’t a company check the car immediately and find these faults and not multiple hours after Also to mention during the rental since the first drive back had to constantly fill up The tyres and couldn’t really go on the motorway due to the slow puncture Stay away from these scams

  My experience with Sixt (Leeds, Hunslet) was exceptional, primarily due to the outstanding service provided by the manager, Anjam. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. The vehicle itself was in perfect condition—clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. However, it was Anjam’s professional and attentive approach that truly stood out. He handled the rental process with incredible efficiency and took the time to make sure every detail was covered, making me feel valued as a customer. Because of this level of service and the high quality of the vehicle, I will definitely be returning to Sixt for my future rental needs. Anjam is a credit to your team, and I wanted to make sure his hard work was recognized

  Went there looking to hire something for next week, carry 4 people and 4 cases guy behind counter pointed to a large MG outside, still sat behind counter and on the phone, I went outside to have a look, locked, went back in, still behind counter on phone, pressed a remote key pad went back outside to have a look, went back in still behind counter and on the phone ask for price came up with a number out of his head, still on the phone, my reply, no thanks and walked out, discusting service.

  Excellent experience with Sixt in Leeds. After a very poor experience elsewhere, Sixt completely turned things around for our family trip. The booking process was smooth, the staff were professional and respectful, and there was absolutely no pressure or misleading upselling. Everything was explained clearly and the pickup process was fast and efficient. We ended up with a significant vehicle upgrade, and the overall pricing — including full insurance coverage — was actually better value than competitors offering far worse service. The vehicle itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a long family road trip around the UK. One area where Sixt could improve even further is helping customers better understand real-world luggage and passenger space when selecting vehicle categories online and in person. For families travelling with multiple suitcases, strollers, carry-ons, etc., it can still be difficult to confidently judge what size vehicle is truly suitable. More visual examples or “recommended for X adults + Y suitcases” guidance would make the booking experience even better. Overall though, fantastic service and a genuinely premium experience. Would absolutely use Sixt again. Personal thank you to the whole team at Leeds from me and my family.
