- SDSimon DowlingAug 6, 20262.0So really disappointed mu dad took my tyres to be changed changed the other week and I also had it booked in for re-alignment work they told my dad they weren't going to do the re alignment as the shock absorbers were worn and were going to ring me with cost of replacements. No phone call was received from the garage to tell me of the issue. Took my car to another garage today to get shock absorbers sorted to be told they were in good condition and didnt need changing. Really disappointed to say the least.... bonus is no car bill for new shock absorbers.
- SMS MJul 31, 20265.0Really good service for me on two separate occasions. One was the tracking that I booked on a Saturday morning before they opened. They rung me as soon as they opened and told me their tracking machine was out of order. They did the duty of ringing their Headingley branch for me then rung me back. Top service here and from Headingley. Next was the separate occasions where I'd booked new tyres via Asda tyres. Always a bit worried when going through a separate company but Protyre treat me as if I was their direct customer. I turned up slightly early and they kindly got straight on with the job (obviously this depends how busy they are) but it was done quickly and I was out earlier than first thought. Highly recommend and I will use again.
