  Terrible misleasing app but the branch staff were brilliant. Helpful, friendly and supportive.

  The booking experience was as simple as ABC, the van I hired was clean and well prepared and the price extremely competitive. A special mention has to go to the staff at your yeadon branch. Good customer service is something that is sadly becoming increasingly rare in today’s world and it has to be acknowledged just how professional and accommodating the three individuals at said branch performed. Whichever Manager or Supervisor responsible for that team needs to be told what a sterling job they are doing representing your Company. Regards ST.

  Hired a car for pick up from Yeadon late one evening for 3 days. Was called by enterprise the next morning to tell me that car wasn't available so I couldn't complete my booking, but I could use the app instead and collect a different car from a different place. Set up the app the morning of which was a faff and confusing. I was assured costs would be "sorted out" after the hire. The car I hired was fine. I then returned this car early than originally planned after checking the app terms and conditions to ensure this was allowed- which it was. I was told by enterprise that I would have the difference between my cancelled hire and this hire refunded, but the next day they changed their mind and said no even though it was enterprise, not me, who cancelled the original booking Enterprise now won't refund my original booking (or refund the difference) despite it being enterprise who cancelled this, not me. Disappointed and frustrated and would be very wary of using this company again as I feel I was misled and enterprise have picked and chosen which terms and conditions they want to abide by when it suits them. As a side note Sam and Lydia were always polite when I spoke to them, but unfortunately they were apparently unable to help me and couldn't provide details for anyone higher than them to go to.

  Van was ordered in April well in advance Mecerdes Sprinter and paid for. On the day was given a Luton Van which was far too large to drive into central London but had to take it as no alternative and it had to be that day as parking permit had been ordered and also storage had been booked as moving my daughter from London to Manchester . Lease was up so had to move out by Saturday . Very reluctant to take vehicle but no option , seemed more interested in selling me tyre and windscreen insurance . Before taking it I asked if it had air con as it was 38 degrees in London I was told it had . After driving off couldn't find air con button , it didn't have it , so drove to London , 5 hours at 37 degrees, totally unbearable . When a vehicle is paid for so long in advance it should be supplied and as for not having air con when being told it had was totally out of order . Van old with oil service required and adblue warning lights on , shutter role up almost impossible to lift and the extra expense of fuel due to being a larger vehicle was expensive .Totally inappropriate vehicle to what had been ordered, I have been offered 10 % refund which would nit even cover the extra fuel . Totally dissatisfied.
